To the girl with tattoo on the left arm, too rude! I’m a regular coco customer who always order the same thing every single time. I ordered 2 milk tea through app, left a note to separate the bag since it’s for another friend, picked up on a regular not busy day, store was pretty empty. Another girl was there (I bet she’s new) and I told my order number, and turns out they put both in one bag, then I nicely ask for one more bag. Then this girl with tattoo, out of nowhere came and packed another customers order (which im fine w it not in rush) and gave those to me. I told her that’s not my drink (it’s taro, I know exactly how bubble milk tea looks like). She rudely said, “these are yours!” Again, I said that’s taro, mine is 2 milk tea. She kinda shout at me and say, “you should’ve give your order no.” I was like, “I told the other girl what’s my order and order number I just need an extra bag.” Then she finally rudely gave me my bbts and sort of threw me the bags (for me to pack myself, again I don’t mind). I don’t think I asked too much, only an extra bag which was also written on my order notes. I always Left the same note whenever I order more than 1 thing, never happened before not even on this branch. I don’t expect much of a customer service since this is just a takeaway kinda place. But I think being nice to other is a basic 3 year old kid knowledge, mostly when the person is also asking you nicely isn’t? The drink is always good btw,...
Read moreAwful customer service. Got served a lukewarm drink that also was just very watery/flavorless tasting. I got the exact same drink as my friend (minus pearls) and so I tried to tell them how my experience was and was hoping they'd remake it or something because it was truly awful. But instead I got met with a lot of resistance and instead got offered a cup of ice, also excuses that it tasted different because no pearls (original drink doesn't come with pearls). And when my friend asked for me if they could add more of the sweetener, she just told us she couldn't. But also the guy before us complained about a watery drink I heard and they gave him a cup of syurp after arguing with him a bit as well. She was trying to force me to dump the original drink BEFORE remaking it (which took a while to even get to that point) and I said I wanted to wait until the drink was remade just incase it ended up worse. With attitude she remade it (btw, it ended up only SLIGHTLY better than the original...) But then before I could even TRY to taste it she grabbed the first one then slammed it into her garbage (after trying before to get ME to walk across the floor with it to throw it out when she apparently had her own right there behind the counter).. anyways overall, horrible customer service and bad experience... :'( will not be returning and do not recommend...
Read moreDropped my drink today and I went up to the counter to ask if the cashier could throw the drink away for me. He asked me if I dropped it myself and I said yes and he replied that he couldn't do anything if I dropped it myself which I was fine with because I just wanted to throw the broken cup away. Then he repeatedly told me that there was a garbage can behind me ( I didn't notice the garbage can) as he was throwing the drink away. As I turned back and try to find tissue to clean up the mess he tells his coworkers that I was so unfortunate to have dropped my drink in Chinese in a very rude way while laughing . I notice that there were no tissues on the table so I turned back and asked in Chinese if there were any tissues I can use. He asked there's no tissue on the table and I said no and he was annoyed and walked back to get tissue to place in the dispenser. He turned back to me and said here now there's paper. I was annoyed at this point and stop wiping the miss and left. I worked in the milk tea business before and we were not taught to be treating our customers this rudely and we will replace the drinks if the customers dropped it by accident or a least cleaning up the mess in the store. Very disappointed in the service and will...
