U Grill — Restaurant in Burnaby

I had a very disappointing experience here. The salmon they served me at first was undercooked. When I told them, instead of making a fresh dish, they took the food I had already touched and put it back on their grill to cook again. They ended up burning almost all of my food. This meal cost me nearly $20, and the quality was unacceptable. On top of that, it’s shocking that they have no sense of hygiene — putting a customer’s partially eaten food back on the grill is just unbelievable. Was there for lunch today. If I was a health inspector I would have shut it down right away. Paid $30 for lunch not good at all. Seen the cook whip his nose while cooking then whip it down the side of his shirt. Seen another person who serves rice whip the sweat off his bald head then whip on closes.most off all seen customer talking to the cook looking over the counter at her food and she was spitting while talk. u-grill has delicious food and very nice workers but yesterday i had the worst experience ever. After i had eaten the food (i got teriyaki chicken and others) i had started to feel unwell and puked many times after in the mall. The day after my friend who had also ordered from U-grill had also felt unwell and puked many times. we both took a covid test and it came back negative and we only started to feel unwell after we had eaten their food.
