CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. FRESH SLICE Location: metro town Time:7:30 We ordered 4 slice for 10 bucks but actually they could have offered us 8 slices for 10.99. So our money spending at this store was not important. And after this we asked to change our order to the 10.99 value slices n one of the slices had pork salami. So i requested to replace it since i don't eat pork......he said " no...its not my fault......we make slices all together no matter pork or beef or chicken." After this. One of the staff came to handle the situation and what happened after this stunned me. The person who was helping was about to use shut up word to his co worker. Additionally, what made me and my friend unhappy was that we paid the additional full amount for the 4 slices to make 10.99 ,8 slices plus 2 small drinks. And the person who helped us was still complaining about us changing the salami slice and did not give us appropriate customer service.
While the store was resolving our order another customer tricked the store and ran with 12 slices. Out of generosity,we ran after the customer to get him to pay for the slices.
The person who helped us should have some Courtesy and respect for the coworker. He should rather try to understand the situation before taking action.
There should be precautions on how to handle different slices because some customers are vegetarian...

Update: I called and asked how long for a delivery and was told 15 minutes!! I asked why has hit been almost two hours and where's our pizzas? I was told oh driver is on way he will be there in 5 minutes. It's been twenty minutes mores since then.
This the worst service and on top they lie to you. This was the same at the Robson Freah Slice for a corporate order. Do NOT rely on these idiots to get your food on time
Second update: I phoned back and asked to speak to a manager. I was told there is no manager on shift! Wow! #freshslice runs it's stores without managers!!! The girl on the line was laughing at me! Great service Fresh Slice!
Third Update: 2.5 hours later no pizza
Fourth Update: The girl that answered my previous call had told me the store closed at 8pm. A total lie as it states on their website they're open till9. The owner confessed that Pizzas we ordered and received email confirmation for at6:25 had not even been made until 8pm.

Read moreI usually have no problem communicating with the person making the pizza at Fresh Slice. However, I’ve encountered several instances where the staff struggles with handling orders at this location.
First, they have only one cash register but two people taking orders, which causes a lot of miscommunication.
Second, when I requested butter chicken sauce for my pizza, the person preparing it seemed unable to understand what I meant and asked me what kind of sauce she should put on the pizza. It’s absurd that someone responsible for making a pizza would need to ask the customer how to make one.
After a long back-and-forth with the person making the pizza, she explained that the butter chicken sauce is a standalone sauce and that the pizza would taste bad if made with just that, without the creamy garlic sauce. My question is: if the pizza tastes bad the butter chicken sauce alone, why would you even consider making it that way in the first place?
