I emailed the provided email address two weeks ago, as requested in their response to my review, but nobody has gotten back to me yet. 👎👎

Title: Disrespectful and Unprofessional Service

I have been a regular customer of OPA, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a falafel wrap and requested light sauce. Unfortunately, the worker ignored my request and added more sauce. When I tried to explain the situation to him, he became aggressive and started yelling at me. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

While other staff members apologized and mentioned that his name is Afshar, the overall experience was unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and their requests honored. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to prevent such incidents...

The chubby Asian girl with the fake eyelashes are extremely rude, when I ask new girl ( under training) if she can put rice a little bit more,(less than every other time) that Asian girl jump in say”no, that’s the set, she did the right thing”, I don’t want to argue, just let she finish, and the fake eyelashes Asian girl ask me if I need bag, I said yes, after 1 minute, the new girl ask me again if I need bag, I said yes, then here that Asian girl come again, tell me I don’t have to be this rude, I told her, I am not rude, but the way you talk to me like this is my first time here, I don’t know anything, and I told her, this is going to be my last time here, she said “ that’s fine, who cares!” I ‘ve been to this location at least once a week, every time I am enjoy the food and time here, no problems at all...

Zero sense of customer service , I asked a lady working(Jannett) over there to change her gloves after touching chicken because I am vegetarian she refused arrogantly . She was returning my money back but don't want to change gloves . Very bad example of a human being as well. She said this is the rule we don’t change our gloves for anything. When I asked her name, she said my name is jannett ; by the way I am manager; She has not any abilities who should have in a Manager. If she is manager she should know how to handle customer problems instead of arguing with customers. Even she was not in full uniform, I was shocked on that time how They are handling their business…It was worst experience. She should quit her job if she don't like to work in...
