CW Liquor Store & Vape Shop — Restaurant in Burnaby

CW Liquor Store doesn't deserve a picture, good or bad. It does deserve a review ... a negative review. CW Liquor Store has been a big disappointment. Over the dozens of times I've gone there at 10:50pm, they've closed for the day. Their business hours on their lighted sign displays 11pm as closing time. Today, June 30, their lights were turned off at 10:54pm, and the two young male workers walked out at 10:55pm.

I guess they just don't know how to do business, and they don't know that good business stems from good...

Friendly service, it's nice to have good rapport with your weekday biz dealer. I feel bad because they remember my name but I can't remember theirs.

They have a decent reward program, win. They are expanding their space, which will give them room to expand their selection.

If I had to say one thing they could improve on, it would be to offer more selection of craft beer singles.

Parking is convenient if you are heading that direction on Canada Way. Bonus parking is free and if you plan ahead you can order pickup from a neighborhooring restaurant or grab subway if...

Terrible experience at this liquor store. I was served by a South Asian man at the counter who was extremely rude and unprofessional. After asking for my ID, he made unnecessary comments about how he could take as much time as he wanted to read every detail. That wasn’t the issue — the problem was his overall attitude and lack of professionalism. I’ve been coming to this store regularly, even with my wife, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
