I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Domino's. I ordered a pizza with jalapeño toppings, but when it arrived, after some coworkers started to take their slice, I was extremely astounded to see that they had been applied sparingly. It was clear that the kitchen staff had not put any consideration into the distribution of toppings. Like cmon man, a singular jalapeno to a maximum of two per slice... that is embarrassing. The bite to jalapeno ratio is a jaw dropping 27.3% and thats me being considerate. As a result, my pizza was bland and unsatisfying.I would highly recommend driving the extra 6 minutes to the 12th street location as I haven't had any lackluster topping experiences from them this far. As if dominos wasn’t the worst out of all chains. This might be the worst location in the lower mainland. Only reason I ordered is they’re close to home. I did call the store to try and resolve the issue, and was offered a remake and to be honest it’s late and that’s not what I wanted. Nor was I looking for a full refund/ free food. Just simply the refund on the product I was not giving, But I was told that’s not possible. So I’m taking the financial hit on that one I guess. UPDATED**: The manager of the store emailed me and sent me gift certificates to replace my order and rectified the mistake. Seems their phone line had been completely down when I was trying to contact the store. I'm giving it a 4 stars now as the issue was resolved. Thanks!
