If there's 0 star I believe they deserve it. It's not even about the drinks. Found this lovely looking tea place on Snaplii app. They are currently having a buy one get one free promotion. So I think it's the perfect time to try out their drinks. When I ask about using the coupon on their own promotion. The staff kindly told me I have to be a member to use the promotion. Although it didn't mention anything on the promotion but I respect the store policy. Until I found out joining their membership means I have to purchase a $100 pre-charge card. That's a very interesting business model. So I have to first spend $100 ( with a $10 "free" credit) before I can use a coupon to try your drinks. Very interesting way to promote your store. If you can't afford the promotion, why bother have one. I'm sure I don't miss out on your drinks at all. Update: Thanks for the reply. I can see where your membership idea is coming from. It's a very good way to treat your loyal and come back customer. 👍🏻 For new customer, you might have to come up with a way to introduce your drinks in a different approach. I support my local business but it was just a little shocking for a first timer. Keep up with the good drinks and I'm sure the next promotion will be better to attract new customers. 🙂 3 stars for now for a quick reply. Shows you do care and work hard for your business. Until I try your drinks sometime. 😁

The worst service in Vancouver. When I enterd in the store,I said hellow but he just looked. So I said hello one more time because I thought He didn't hear it.But he just stood and looked, and he didn't take orders. So I felt a little strange, but I ordered it. But he just went straight into the kitchen without asking about the amount of ice and sugar, the most basic options for bubble tea. Then, He talked with his friend in the store in Chinese. I've never received such customer service while living in Vancouver for four years.I asked him if he could control the amount of ice and sugar, and only then did he ask me. I felt bad, I asked him if the original service was like this. He told me that he had worked for two years and answered yes. I loved this place so much for a long time untill yesterday. The service was good and the drink was delicious, so I always recommended it to my friends around me.But I will never come to a store that can't provide such customer service again. He needs to be educated on how to provide customer service.Except for this employee, other people were very kind and had good service.

Although this place has a limited menu, it might be for the better as they seem to specialize in cheese lid and fruit tea. I got the fruit tea, 30% sugar and it was really good. A tint sour from the passion fruit and citrus, giving it good flavour and the tea was quite strong as well. For most places, 30% sugar fruit teas really lack flavour, showing how much syrup they add. I don’t think I’d go above 30% sugar though as it was the perfect sweetness and flavour in my opinion. A good topping to add would also be grassy jelly. We also had the red bean taiyaki and the texture reminded us of a scallion pancake, but in a good way. They also use red bean, instead of paste and in combination with the mochi, it was satisfying and not too sweet. I’d definitely come here if you’re a fruit tea or cheese lid lover. I know I’ll be coming back for sure!
