Short points: 4 screw ups.

They treated my gift card as a points card. Insisted I had to use all the money at once in one order or else it is just gone.

Promised me a cup for extra toppings, I had doubled checked if it was okay.

Made the drink wrong and remade it.

Made the drink wrong again.

I had a gift card. I ordered a bubble tea with two toppings. I had about $3 left and was told that I needed to order more or the rest of the amount cannot be used and will disappear. I told them it was a gift card and not a points card and they said the rest of the amount will still disappear. So in the end I added 3 more toppings but asked for them to be on the side. They said okay. Then they came back and said no because the extra cup costs money. So I said that I just wanted the two toppings and to give the person behind me whatever toppings they wanted to make up for it. They said yes but didn't do it. I heard and saw the lie.

They had already made the drink with all 5 toppings so they had to remake my drink. So that was already a cup wasted. They gave me the supposed correct drink and didn't give the toppings to anyone else and kept the drink for themselves in the fridge.

The drink itself being 30% sugar and less ice tasted like 100% sugar and sickly sweet and they didn't give me any ice. I wanted to try them since I got a gift card but definitely will not be...

I've always liked presotea, and had no problem in the past with ordering anything, but this store's supervisor was really difficult. I asked for M16 (Genmaicha Milk Tea with Red Bean) but instead got a it with purple yam which I did not want. The price also increased. It's funny how the supervisor doesn't even remember their own drinks. After paying I remembered that they had a membership and told her the phone number, only after telling her the phone number she said that they can't take it, only the card's number. It's so strange, every other presotea can take phone number in their system but why are they special? Why not make it so that every store uses either the card number or phone number? I asked someone at home to give me the card number which takes at most 1 minute and she started rushing me to either give the number to her instantly or to let her complete the order because she had customers behind. Although i understand that she didn't want to lose customers, but are we not her customers? And why can't people wait? The time from finding the number is equivalent or even less than ordering another drink. Respect every one of your customers EQUALLY. Not going to this location's presotea again. Disappointed and ruined my...

If it wasn't for a gift card, I would never come back when there are Chatime and Coco in the same mall. There seems to be very mixed reviews from 1 ⭐ to 5 star ⭐ so to be safe, I got their milk tea triple combo. 1. First sip had me frowning at the worst artificial sweetener taste ever which I assume they used to soak the pearls with. I drank about 2/3 and threw the rest away. 2. There were only two girls so it took a very long time from waiting in line, ordering, and getting the drink. They should learn from Chatime or coco at how to multitask. I say this because I can see my drink finished, sealed and sitting on the counter and the girl was so focused on FIXING a drink ( I said fixing because I saw her pour the drink back into the metal cup and added extra stuff to it) that she put my drink aside. If it was Coco it would've been given out asap. 3. Lack of pricing and menus. From my photo you can see there is only one spot for the menu with prices, it's next to cash register. They should have put more menus on the glass window. Their TV screens on the back are useless, it only shows promo drinks but again no price. There's many many rooms of improvement. I'll only come back to finish up the remaining amount on the gift card....

Presotea is conveniently located near the entrance, making it easy to spot and reach. I’ve tried it before but couldn’t remember the experience, so I’m writing this down for future reference. The pearl milk tea had a mix of boba and, I think, jelly—it was pretty meh. The peach oolong tea with cream cheese on top was one of the more disappointing versions I’ve had. It tasted more like watered-down peach juice with foam, lacking any real tea flavor. The signature fruit tea was also just so-so. It had passion fruit and an orange slice, but I couldn’t identify the other fruits since the cup was sealed and opaque and I didn’t taste the flavour. A transparent cup would’ve been better to see what’s inside. Unfortunately, it also lacked the strength and flavour of the tea. Overall, the drinks felt a bit overpriced which I wouldn’t mind paying if the quality was great. I only stopped by because I didn’t want to walk over to Coco to satisfy my craving Metrotown was too crowded today, but this will probably be a one-time visit for me.

Went here to get a Calamansi Green Tea, the cost on the wall was $5.60. The price that I paid (before tax) was $5.90. I asked the cashier if there was a mistake and at first she said that "oh it's just the tax," until I showed the receipt. Then she just shrugged it off saying that they didn't change the menu prices without offering to fix the situation. It's not about the 30 cents, it's about dishonest practice and coercing customers to buy products that are upcharged without warning. Don't go here believing that the menu prices are correct. Will not go again.
