Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Burnaby

This was an experience I wish I could of walked out the door. First off the customer service was bad when asking about the quesadilla. What I could put on it which was so unclear to me due to the miscommunication as the person serving me didnt speak English well or understand English and questions I was asking. Finally someone else stepped in took over but still there was a bit of miscommunication. Me and my girl let it slide. After finally getting our order I was so disappointed. When trying the quesadilla the grilled chicken tasted so dry and no seasoning what so ever. I know how to took them I know what they are suppose to taste like. Absolutely not like this. The owners and management should be embarrassed serving this. Straight slop as well falls apart soon as you pick it up. No fork or knife. I looked like I was eating Moroccan food with my hands. You couldn't even hold the quesadilla everything fell from one side or the other. Flavorless and over priced. Never again. As Gordon Ramsay would say get out the kitchen. The staff needs to be retrained and please have people working that is knowledgeable with mexican food. No...

Update: I have to update this review (it's been over a year). I had a burrito today and have to say it was totally delicious. I have been avoiding delivery apps due to all the fees and gouging to local restaurants and I'm so glad I went here to pickup. It was $20 for two regular burritos, whereas it's $45 to get chipotle delivered. They have lots of great toping options and everything was hot and fresh. They also have different size options now too. Lots of vegetarian and even vegan options. I'll definitely be a new regular. Staff were also very friendly.

Was deciding between chipotle and quesada on a delivery app. it was 8 more dollars for chipotle but i didn't realize how much smaller the burrito from quesada was going to be. definitely healthier option, great vegies and was happy I got it spicy since it was kind of lacking in flavor other than spice. I went to pick up the order around 6 PM today. but the staff didn’t hand it over promptly. Instead, 2 Indian women were standing in front of the food, talking and laughing for about 10 minutes while I waited.

Then suddenly, one of them asked me to take 2 drinks out of the fridge and bring it as if I worked there. seriously? I’m not an employee there. I live nearby and order from this place quite often. Today I came as a delivery, but I’m actually a regular customer here.

Is it really appropriate to ask a delivery driver to retrieve drinks from your fridge and bring them over? What kind of staff gives orders to someone who doesn’t even work there?

This was absolutely ridiculous.

And if the staff going to talk in front of the food, please wear a mask. Or do not talk…Your saliva could get...
