I see a lot of complains about skimped meat, as my photos show that wasn’t a problem for me. Food was good, acceptable predictable Quiznos quality.
Where my problem is, is customer experience.
There may as well be a sign on the door that says “we don’t really want you to eat in or around here”. Look at papa John’s next door, there’s really no seating so the idea is conveyed at the design that you’re really only meant to pick up and go.
The seats have seen better days, there is just one two seater outside that uses deck chairs. There is just one table that can seat more than two people. And to make it super clear, they’ve locked the wifi and refuse public access to it, nor do they have any interest in ever providing a wifi hotspot for the dine in customers.
Very likely won’t be coming back for my lunch breaks where I tend to lug around a laptop and do some programming while I eat. For those who don’t care about a connection? I don’t know I’m still not super impressed with the unnecessarily restrictive attitude. Perhaps I’m just nitpicky, but Subway offers a really great Shaw Go hotspot, so I’ll likely just continue to bring my business there instead of this Quiznos. Pretty...
Read moreDropped by today on a fluke. My wife and I were starving and as luck would have it 6 million people were eating at the Costco courtyard. We were considering the golden arches and kissing our diet goodbye when I remembered there was a Quiznos close by.
I am not sure why Quiznos is not more popular as in my opinion the ingredients are superior to other sub places. Especially that place where they claim to make their own bread but it tastes like it was made with a 3d printer.
My wife and I had classic the Classic Italian. Like always. I do find there is a little variation across locations for how this sandwich is dressed and I can say that across Quiznos there is usually too little vinaigrette on the sandwich to give it that bright taste that I love so much. This sandwich was wonderful and close to what I call perfection for how it was made.
I do love Quiznos and hope that they can turn their popularity around. Quiznos is seriously under appreciated as a food option. It tastes fresh and that is hard to do in a convenience food setting. I only give a 5 star if there were no failings in service. There were no failings today. Food was good, service was excellent and there...
Read moreQuiznos is a Sandwich Restaurant Chain which competes with Subway. It used to have many outlets in every area in Lower Mainland earlier, but in past 10-15 years , many franchises have closed & today there are only a few remaining. The Sandwiches served by Quiznos (in my opinion) are far superior in taste & quality to that served by Subway or the recently opened Earl of the Sandwich (at Langley). Since the Quiznos Outlets have dwindled , we usually go to the outlet on Dawson Street to pick up the Sandwiches we order Online. Usually the quality of the Sandwiches is satisfactory (we are vegetarians & do not like mushrooms, guacamole etc added in them), but lately we found the fillings being "minimal " in the Sandwiches & complained to the Management . After this we got good wholesome Sandwiches again from this outlet & the lady Ms.Param was most accomodating to our request & we thank her for this. We will continue to patronise Quiznos & we hope more outlets can be opened again in the...
