I was excited about Red Swan pizza when it popped up in my neighborhood. Having ordered here for the past half dozen times, I thought I would provide my overall thoughts of their pizzas. Their pizzas are generously topped, with a good amount of cheese, and decent toppings; their pizza dough base has a nice balance of firmness and chewiness that gives a nice mouthfeel in every bite. I enjoy their multitude of topping options. With this in mind, their pizzas look like a real pizza, as opposed to the sparsely topped pizza breads we get from other "franchise" pizza places. Price wise, they have amazing grand opening deals right now..and even with their "normal" deals/combos it is a great value. Now comes my gripe.....their pizza sauces taste like some blend of Italian pizza sauce and butter chicken sauce. I can understand that when pizzas with Indian ingredients such as Paneer, Butter Chicken, or Tandoori Chicken are added to a pizza, it makes sense to have sauce with Indian spices. I love it when I'm in the mood for such a pizza. However, when I'm in the mood for a good ol' Pepperoni or other classic Italian ingredient pizza, I would much prefer to have a pizza sauce that matches with the classic Italian seasonings and NOT an fusion blend of Indian seasonings. Perhaps the pizza cooks are cross-contaminating their spoons when saucing their pizza orders between their classic and Indian pizzas? If RSP can separate their sauces better, I'd give...

Pros: The pizza is actually decent. Above Freshslice tier, and is more similar to a Pizza Hut pie but without the excessive grease. Pizza is made fresh and dough looks like it's mixed live in the back. Pretty good value.
Cons: Took over an hour to get 4 small pizzas (in all fairness, the place was packed). Initially told there was a 30 minute wait. Staff seemed like they served customers in a random order. Some people who ordered "only" 30 minutes ago got their pies before others who waited for an hour. Was told that the receipts were all "messed up". Not sure what that was about, as any food service place worth their salt would have timestamps on their receipts.
stars for decent, cheap pizza, and the fact that the staff tried their best on a stressful day. stars for excessively long wait and disorganized serving order.
Don't bother ordering on a hectic promo day. If you see a lineup, turn around and spend your day somewhere else. But if the store isn't swamped,...

I visited on their $2 pizza day and ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order. The store was chaotic—one line was for people who had already ordered but were still waiting, while the other was for those trying to place an order. The cashier was in the kitchen helping out instead of staying at the front to take orders, which slowed everything down. Understandably, people in both lines were frustrated.
After about an hour, more staff arrived. A new cashier (possibly the manager or owner) stepped in—he was very friendly, sincerely apologized, and did his best to reassure everyone.
The pizza was delicious—my family even said they’d happily pay full price. The team was clearly doing their best under pressure. Since the place is newly opened, a bit more training and organization would definitely help. I’m looking forward to seeing...
