First time trying, ordered Aburi Saba, Aburi Tuna Toro & Box A via delivery

Taste 1/2* Both Aburi sushi were average, though I gotta say was surprised to find out they were food court sushi joint, pretty good for that standard Box A was tasty, chicken was crispy and tender despite having being delivered, California roll had good chunk of advocado, was not much of a fan for the shrimp tempura as it was too much batter for my liking

Freshness 0.5/1* Didn’t taste particularly fresh, not saying it was bad, just not the freshness that makes you jump

Value 1/1* Great value for the amount and food court sushi quality!

Terrible service. Watch your receipts. Writing on behalf of a family member who ordered food. Male ‘manager’(owner?)charged ‘extra’ tax. Watch your receipt. It should be only food tax. We all know that. But additional ‘tax’ was charged. A bit odd. Even returned ‘cash’ refund after bringing it up. Even after paying credit card. Also. Double tapped the credit card. Asked for cancellation receipt. And ‘insisted’ nothing was wrong. Asked for the tap cancelation and was refused. Later found out. It was double tapped. Had to deal with it via CC company. Watch your cc charges. Food was average. Average value for price. But watch out for your transactions and...

Could be some of the worst sushi I've ever had. I know because it's a food court, pre-made sushi joint I should temper my expectations but I figured at least it would be better than gas station sushi. The avocado was way underripe to the point of almost being crunchy, the imitation crab was devoid of any flavour and they didn't use any kewpie with it, the wasabi was of the cheapest quality and again devoid of any flavour, and the salmon nigri was NOT fresh. I had one bite and immediately stopped eating for fear of developing food poisoning. That's $13 I'll never see again. Avoid this place...
