EVERYBODY ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND CHECK CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. I placed an order for 3 pizzas, and when I arrived to pick up, I was only the second customer in line and it still took 10 minutes to even speak to the person at the counter. Sue was very nice, however when getting home with the pizza, the margherita pizza (seen in photo) looks like a cheese pizza without basil except for one leaf, and just tasted like cheese only. An hour later I received 4 missed calls and voice mails from pizza garden saying my payment didn't go through. I felt awful and went back to pay later as I had company over. AGAIN the wait to be served was another 10 minutes despite being one of the only customers in line. Alex and Sue seemed quite apologetic, therefore I added a tip as due to the friendliness and apologies from the staff. I ended up getting charged twice for both my initial transaction and my second one I went back for. I called and got my refund while also asking about the margherita pizza being so underwhelming. They told me that this is how it is meant to be, but it is obviously not a true Neapolitan margarita pizza. It is a shame this has turned me off from wanting to go back as the first time we ordered our pizza was quite good and satisfying.

All depends on who works today. The ladies needed to put the oven temperature down. ITALIAN pizza does not mean completely burnt at the bottom. There was a string in the whole pizza we had. How come? Servers zero and zero. Not even a simple bye from my thanks. The tables were dirty and even dirtier with that looked dirty mop cleaning by one person in secs. what was that? No. Big no. You can't burnt the entire pizza bottom with all.black ashes and serve to anyone and I am still wondering why there was a plastic string piece in it 🤔 brentwood location serves different pizzas. Clean the ashes and set up the right temperature. At least, use clean cloths to each table to be mopped. ‐‐----‐-----‐---------------------------- Your slices are the best for me with good bottle of red wine after work. It's just well made pizza. When I order the whole pizza, the half will go to my freezer, so I tend to order slices. Yes, the guy recommended potato one and it was very good as he said. I will be a regular at this place!! Chao!!

Summary: good pizza, bad service. Came in for a quick take out order. Was told to wait 15 minutes, I said sure. I ordered a capiccosia and sat down to chat with my wife. The restaurant was steady and people mostly came in for the slice instead of a whole pie, and you can see all the slice pizzas were full. I was curious what was taking so long, but my wife told me to be patient. 35 minutes later, they told me to come pick up from the counter. The pizza is cold. I thought it was a little strange but we were already late for meeting my in-laws so I had to go. After a 8 minute ride to my place, I find out they gave me the wrong pizza. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but if I’m waiting in the store for pickup, shouldn’t the pizza be hot coming straight out of the oven?? Just a disappointing long weekend purchase. Also with 4 people working in the shop, it wasn’t that they were understaffed. Not sure what it could be.

Ordered from here since it first opened, at least 20+ times, used to be great, then they put up their prices significantly and reduced quality - which by the way, is very obvious to people who order from you often.

They increased prices and yet I've seen:

Pizza is so much thinner, you can't get thinner without it becoming a piece of edible paper. It literally flops it can't hold the toppings it's so thin Toppings are rationed. I ordered a pizza with smoked salmon and got 5 tiny shreds of it on a XL size pizza, what am I paying for then? It's a $35 loaf of bread at that point. They've made the crust about an inch thicker so the toppings are reduced significantly, all you're eating is bread for half a slice $1.50 garlic dips filled barely half way in a tiny cup

I've given this place business for years but when you try to pull this stuff it's just a slap in the face when we are already absorbing the significant price increases you've added. Will be voting with my wallet and...
