I would just drive the extra kilometer and go down to Macdonald's. I ordered a coffee and a chicken sandwich through my phone and went in there. Only saw my coffee on top of the mobile pickup counter , no crispy chicken sandwich was there. And can i just say first of all all of the cashiers have to seem like depressed to all the customers who just happened to walk in and grab breakfast. After waiting a whole 35min, i had to ask the staff the second time, the cashier started giving me attitude for asking where the sandwich is, again. I then asked for a refund and cancellation, cuz i really couldn' wait an hour for a small sandwich. Cashier guy looked like he wanted to throw hands at me if he was't on the job , but brought out their manager. Manager explained that this whole time they hid the sandwich by the sink , behind the privacy glass which u can't see useless u throw your head over the counter and look down. They explained someone could grab and sandwich and run away with it so they had to hid the sandwich, but not the coffee?Why only put the coffee up top which confuses me into thinking the sandwich is not done. She tries to shake the blame on me saying we called but nobody picked up the order. However, i drove there immediately from my house . Never heard a thing about mobile order 947, I know that they never call out mobile orders , at least for the 20 times i 've been there. lol, it was a ridiculous waste of time afterall. I brought icecap here almost every day, for sure some worker here know me very well, it’s nothing happen in summer, but in winter time I think not much people buy icecap then the icecap is go wrong, taste is like sour, over date. It’s probably not many people buy then they keep it in machine to sell for next day that’s why….

I drink almost everyday so I know the taste very well, Today I really upset because this is second times I got this experience again 😡 the first time happened to me I came back to complain… I told with worker tell your manager don’t let this thing happen again pls. Then I got Food poisoning and Feeling nauseous for two days. But I still sympathy for them because I thought after I complain with them I think they will get experience, so I still came back brought the icecap for next few more times is ok, but today the taste sour happened with me again I felt mad then I throw the icecap right away. This time I don’t want come back the store to complain, I went another store brought again the taste is not sour like this… I got so mad because wasted my time and money, gas, have to drives back and forth then just throw it… the store in Lougheed they don’t sell icecap in winter time… if you don’t have enough customers to buy icecap in winter time don’t sell it is better. I wanted to point out that I always found this location has great service and great coffee and recently I wanted to let you know they have a decent selection of donuts at this location.

Today, March 9 2019, they even allowed me to change my "for here" coffee "to go" during the rush time. Thanks!

I've been increasingly a less popular customer for their donuts the last few years but that just changed today when I found a less frosted Cruller with chocolate frosting which is much less sweet than the old Donuts that they seem to drench in some kind of sugar coating.

Also the toasted coconut donut is less sweet then some other options so there's a few great options for someone like me.

A nice dark roast with the toasted coconut donut, that sounds like a great pair!

Please also note that I find some of the other one star ratings pretty ridiculous that someone has to wait a little bit so they've given them one star for their entire company. They're always fresh and they're always an extremely Better Price compared to many other coffee shops and their Canadian!

I think the one star is only based on that one type of service but not the entire company so that's not a fair...
