Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Côte Saint-Luc

I used to enjoy picking up pizza and ordering from this exact location. Its unfortunate the owner of this franchise decides to hire some unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude workers. This store is filled with temporary foreign workers or visa students whom when their boss is not around is play fighting throwing stuff around the store when I go to pick up pizza.

One recent incident is the last straw for me. I ordered delivery, my sauces were wrong and I was missing a drink. I call in and they tried to convince me that the order was fulfilled by another store. The employee gave me a number to another store. I check online for the address and number on the receipt and all signs point to this store.

I call back and yet again they say they "can't find" my address. Then I read off my order "they can't find my order either". It's only when I began to press the issue further that they "found my order."

I don't care if people make mistakes its fine, but to try and convince a customer that they are wrong and try to mislead them, is unethical.

My friends, and family will not be ordering from this location again. Too many incidents have added up and these employees simply don't care about the quality of work they do. Please find people who actually want to be in this country and respects work ethic, quality, and service. I'm not a stranger to work, like others everyone has to start from the bottom and...

The attitude of the staff and drivers of this establishment they're still quite pathetic. Drivers constantly speed and ignore road rules such a stop signs. The driver of a greyish colour Honda Civic license plate starting. ASC ignore two stop signs on Bailey Road almost hitting somebody did not even slow down. Upon calling the store I was given a very nonchalant attitude from the employee of oh well make sure it doesn't happen again. I have called the store multiple times for this type of behavior, but this time I have even gone as far as to report it to the police.

Horrible customer service. Delivery drivers are dangerous. Called to complain about their drivers speeding and running stop signs to be ignored and left on hold waiting to talk to the manager. The driver in a Blue Ford Fusion had ran a stop sign doing at least 50km/h in a residential zone coming within 3 feet of a child on a bike!!!

Do not do business with these people. Ignored on Hold for 10 minutes. Filed a complaint with the MUHV Police...

The pizza is good and the cheesy bread is delicious. The disappointing thing for me is trying to order pizzas that have ingredients on only one half.

My husband and I like different ingredients, so we're happy to be able to order half-and-half toppings. I just wish the cooks would respect it. It's not as simple as "just pick it off" when the flavor of the topping gets baked into the cheese, and it's beyond frustrating to get a pizza with my half randomly sprinkled with unwanted toppings on every single slice. That's not half-and-half anymore.

I'm fully aware that I sound whiny, and I'm ok with that. If you're going to offer half-and-half toppings, you should be able to respect it. I also get that they're cooking in a rush, but you still need to pay attention.
