I usually always have a great experience here. We waited in line for 10 minutes to find out they didn’t have lids which was fine with me but inconvenient for all the kids in the store including my own (I ended up spilling mine after as it was too full but they were serving them really far under the full line which is a waste of money). Then he makes my drink. As soon as he gave it to me I noticed the cup was really dirty, specifically the rim and into the cup. I mention this, he pours it into another cup and walks away. Myself and other customers were disgusted, the one lady was telling me he just poured the dirty into a new cup. I didn’t want to be that customer so I just took it and left. When I got to my car not only could I see the dirt in the drink but this cup too was dirty. It looked like ashes. I went back in, apologized for being “that customer” but I asked for it to be remade and why. I also waited to do this with no customers around so I could not make them look bad. The employees tells me it’s just the way I made.. I look at him and tell him.. you can see partials floating only near the rim and the rim was black. He argued with me but then he manager walked in and told him to remake it. As he’s remaking it, he gets a cup and says “is this one good enough for you mam?” It was really condescending which I didn’t appreciate because by this point there was another family in the store. I’m just blown away. I didn’t expect that treatment.
Also.. how can you run out of lids? There’s thousands of cups but no lids? The smoothie is just melting away and hard to enjoy. I’m being such a Karen here which I’m truly not but speaking to them about my concerns didn’t seem to be an option so here I am.
My biggest concern, no one washing their hands and serving dirty cups. Anyways, I do want to point out I usually ALWAYS have a great experience here. I love having a booster...
Read moreThe only booster juice that’s close by, expect to wait at least half an hour for a drink and the workers look like they hate their job and are EXTREMELY slow. No common sense if you are waiting for a drink to blend continue with another drink like I have seen at other booster juices. I don’t know maybe a teen thing but they need better training and the location is dirty as well but again the only booster juice in the area. UPDATE I finally got to the cash to order and they told me they can’t make the drink I wanted because all the containers are dirty I walked out along with 5 other angry customers. NEXT DAY UPDATE: decided to give it a try again because it’s the only booster juice. No one in line, teen was in the back on the phone while the place was filthy dead centipede on the floor. Ordered a hail to the kale but I should call it hail to the apple because it was all apple juice, thank goodness they have portion instructions. Paid $10 and I don’t even think my booster was added. Defiantly not coming...
Read moreThe girl working today was awful. Not only did she get my order wrong, she overcharged me, made the drinks wrong, (mine tastes like water) and didn’t give us straws. We waited 30 minutes for 3 smoothies. The girl working there had an absolutely horrid attitude and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. When I asked if she overcharged us, she looked at me, raised her eyebrows and said “yeah?”with a petty tone. I had to clarify that I wanted our money back for what she overcharged us. She took over 10 minutes to get us our change back. Everybody in the store seemed upset with her service. She was moving RIDICULOUSLY slow, absolutely awful customer service. To the girl at booster juice I am so sorry that you getting our order wrong and overcharging us inconvenienced YOU. I suggest that you get a different job or pick up a couple extra training shifts because you have a lot to learn when it comes to...
