Ok, so I walked in after work this evening and I gotta say I really wasn't sure what I was gonna expect after experiencing a LOT of crazy stuff with my PS5 game that I purchased at this location, but my anxiety and and not knowing what to expect instantaneously vanished! I I had some major issues downloading my game onto my console after it didn't want to work after trying to reload it 3 different time and without even a hesitation, I got one of The BEST customer service experiences EVER!

I was still super surprised how well it went, I forgot to ask the two AMAZING women for their names but it's people like that, that truly makes an experience like I had be an utter joy!

Thank you to both of you, especially the store manager for going going the extra mile and listening to my rambling!...

This store is close to my heart n feels like home when you are at store…. Staffs go one step ahead to reach that extra level premium customer satisfaction. I live in Brampton but I drive 25 min far to this store passing other GameStop’s for their special customer treatment..

They care for customers… Example- Emara (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) always goes extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction in gaming needs. She sold me mirage n so cared for my gaming needs n I am happy soulfully.

It’s my go to place… n please buy here if you really want your steelbooks n other goodies on time n as per word..

I have always received great customer service at this location. After launch date for the PS5 I called to go on their waiting list for the PS5. They did tell me that there was quite a few people ahead of me. I honestly thought I wouldn't get one. I tried many times getting one online but it was impossible with all those bots snatching them. I didn't want my son to be disappointed on Christmas day so I let him know he wouldn't be getting one but I really tried. 2 days ago I got a call from them with the greatest Christmas news I could get. They had a PS5 for me. I just wanted to say thank you!! My son is going to be the the happiest kid on Christmas day. Great staff, great...
