Kelseys Original Roadhouse — Restaurant in Caledon

Took my family of 10 here for dinner and the server forgot my dinner. By the time I got a hold of her ( she did not come back to check on us for about 15-20 minites) Everyone had already finished eating so I mentioned don't bring the meal. She insisted that she would get it made and comp it (never apologized foe the mistake). I mentioned everyone had finished eating so bring the missing food to go as everyone is ready to leave. She came back with the meal to dine in and eat. Had to mention again that the food is to go and we want to pay the bill and leave. She finally brought the meal. Anything that was requested from our server took more than 10 minutes to come. And she only checked on us maybe 3x during our dinner. ( she was preoccupied goofing off with coworkers or disappearing to the back)

Overall the worst experience i have ever had at a Kelsey's restaurant. She only comped the mealz didn't apologize or offer any other compensation for future visits. I will not be going back to this location again.

Tonight on my way home from a long day of work I decided to stop at Kelsey’s in Bolton for dinner as I’ve never eaten here before and I have heard good things. When I walked in I was instantly greeted very kindly and seated quickly. My server Isabella came to my table within a minute of my siting down to ask for any drink orders. She was extremely kind and outgoing and had a very positive attitude that was very contagious. I then ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer and Cajun sirloin as my main. The spin dip came out fairly quickly and tasted fantastic. As I finished enjoying that, the Cajun sirloin came out and it was also spectacular. I was very pleasantly surprised. At the end of my meal isabella came to ask if I wanted another drink or a dessert and not knowing what I was feeling like I asked her to recommend something and she super enthusiastically and helpfully recommended the funnel fries which did not disappoint. The atmosphere was warm and inviting—not too busy, but lively enough to feel comfortable. I sat at the bar, which turned out to be the perfect spot for a laid-back Friday night.

What really made the night memorable, though, was my server, Erica. From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Her attention to detail was incredible—she noticed the little things, like when my water was getting low or when I looked ready to order, without ever making me feel rushed. Erica was genuinely kind, incredibly attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed.

The food was delicious too! I had the fish and chips, which I usually order at pubs, and I can honestly say this was the best I’ve had at a bar—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
