All time greek — Restaurant in Caledon

Based on the reviews, our family decided to give this restaurant a try. We ordered 2 calamaris and 4 pita wrap combos which was a total of 81 dollars. I found it to be pretty expensive considering it's just fast food. After we got home from picking up our order, 1 of the pita wrap combos was missing. We went all the way back and we let the workers know about the mistake they had made, and because we were never even given a receipt, the employees started to doubt that they had actually forgotten to give us part of our order. We had to remind them that we had just finished paying 81 dollars for everything we got, and it was impossible for us to have paid that for only 3 regular combos. They ended up giving us our missing wrap so we went back home. Only to find out that they had made the same mistake again and forgot to give us the side we ordered with that combo. It was ridiculous for us to go back yet again so we just accepted it. One of the side options was potatoes, so we decided to try them out. They tasted awful; they were completely drowned in tomato sauce and were garnished with way too many spices. The calamari was also not great. It was cold, hard and flavourless. Calamaris that come in boxes taste significantly better. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we will definitely not be going back. I also do not recommend it to...

Food is decent, but they really need to get their act together. I ordered the family dinner at the counter. They said they needed 15 minutes. I went to grab something else, and was back in 15 minutes. Other people that came after me were being served. After 25 minutes, they realized they didn’t work on my order. I pointed out that they said 15 minutes 25 minutes ago. Someone that I think is the owner /manager said, “We got it,” with an attitude like I was the problem,and then took another 7-8 minutes to get it done. Nothing was offered for my wait (maybe a side dish, a drink while I waited), and more importantly, there wasn’t even an apology. Pathetic!

This is not a first time. My wife once put an order in online, and they didn’t even touch the order when she arrived 15-20 minutes later. And there were plenty of times I have seen this happen to others. All Time Greek really needs to get their act together so that this doesn’t happen as much as it does, live up to THEIR time commitments, and make sure they acknowledge when they drop the ball. I really dont like leaving bad reviews, but this one made me a little upset. The food was pretty terrible but the service was ok. I ordered a greek salad with chicken and the lettuce was like old, not properly cut so there was huge chunks of the heart in it, tomatoes were on the edge of spoiling so very mushy and soft. Onion was old and barely had any flavor in them and the dressing was rank at best. It was so thick it must have been sitting in the cup for days, the oil was separated and eating away at the paper cup... The chicken was the only decent part but there was maybe 5 little squares in a large meal sized salad that was not cheap, so not a fair portion. I really feel like they can do a lot better than this, especially when they have so many good reviews. I stopped here because they were highly rated so I hope this was isolated and they're not...
