Waited 25 minutes for a table for 6 on a Sunday which was expected. You can’t book reservations on the weekend so I would come early. After getting seated, we promptly ordered our drinks and got them after a short wait. There weren’t any utensils at the table but we asked for them after our meal arrived. Unfortunately, it only gets worse from here.
Our group waited for probably at MINIMUM, 1 hour for our food to arrive (one of us had to get up to ask a server if our food was even coming because we were reading to leave; it arrived immediately after that). I watched group after group get sat while we waited for our food to arrive.
Let me tell you straight up, it was not worth the wait. Our eggs were obviously cold, pancakes super doughy—the potatoes and vanilla latte were really good, though. The crepe with fruits was not that good but I won’t harp on it too much because it was technically exactly what the menu stated: seasonal fruits (i.e. GRAPES?, pineapple, orange, honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi), english cream (more of a custard), and a seemingly unseasoned crepe. Not horrible but really, really weird. I can’t speak to the other dishes but it’s safe to say no food in the world is worth that wait.
One of us asked for some tea with milk and only received the tea, but milk was brought out shortly after asking. Others asked for an extra egg or a water that never came and had them taken off the bill.
I’ve never worked in a restaurant before so I will give credit where it’s due. The waiters seemed stretched thin and were probably ringing in orders as they took them but somewhere along the line—I’m assuming the kitchen—clearly things got lost. To the manager: stop seating groups if you aren’t able to adequately serve them. No one wants to wait 70 minutes for cold,...

If you’re after a dining experience that feels like a warm hug, Pur and Simple is the place to be! From the moment we arrived, Tania, our server, greeted us with such enthusiasm that it felt like we were celebrating a surprise party!
Her attention to detail was impressive—anticipating our needs like a mind reader. When we hesitated over the menu, Tania swooped in with recommendations that were nothing short of divine. She checked on us just enough to make us feel special, but not overwhelmed.
The intentionality of the service was evident; the whole team genuinely cares about their customers. And the food? If flavor were a sport, this place would win gold! Each dish was crafted with love.
So, if you want a meal served with warmth and humor, Tania at Pur and Simple is your go-to! You’ll leave not just full, but with a smile that lasts....
Read moreAfter satisfying my curiosity about this breakfast place I went in this morning , ordered Canadian breakfast with an extra egg . My breakfast came ,I look at the four very thin slice of beacon , one small breakfast sausage and one small thin slice of ham . I sent the small piece of ham back after complaining to the waitress she took it but it look as if they sent back the same thin piece of ham. I was not with this breakfast . I will not go back , I can get more value for my money elsewhere . If you’re going to charge people a lot for breakfast , give them a better value for their money . You can more for your money at others places . For example Wimpy’s in Brampton on Hwy# 10. I Will not go back to purr &...
