I visited with my family on 11th July 2024 Thursday at 8:25pm first the server didn’t come for the order and after that nobody cares about our order we waved our hand so many times but still nobody care than at last I called the restaurant while I was seating in the restaurant and let them know that we are seating here and where was our order it’s 9:10pm. After that they came up with our order we order soya chaap as starter we asked for lemon 🍋 one person is done with his starter but lemon didn’t came. Then it’s time for main course we ordered paneer Makhani , veg. Raita, onion salad , roti and garlic naan. First the onion salad was so bad it just like they are throwing cut pieces or left over onions in it so bad and than a piece of CHICKEN 🍗 in our paneer makhani dish when I just going to had my First bite. Than again I tried to call the server but again disheartened when she came I showed her that I found chicken in my plate she said I will check in the kitchen I think they forgot to wash the pan and left over chicken came in it. Wow! Such a surprising for me and shocking after listening all this from the professional server. Then she took it and came back and said no I think it’s was something on the pan but I will change it for you I said ok plz change it. Then again rest of 2 members had there food and I am still waiting for my bread and curry. At last I was done with everything and I left the restaurant and my sister paid the bill which they had but strange thing is that nobody cares about the customer and they don’t even bother that 1 person didn’t eat the food. No apology no commitments they just present the bill and we paid .I was the loyal customer of this restaurant since they opened I always went Vaughan location but when they open in Bolton I started coming over here even the last time experience was not good but this time very shameful for the restaurant that they treat there customer like a nothing .I will not say to anyone that don’t go over there this there personal choice but from my side or if someone ask me about this restaurant I will definitely not recommend this . IT was extremely worst experience with customer service. All waitresses are inexperienced. they took the order and we didnt get any app till 45 min. the server who took order never shoed up. After 45 min of wait for app, I lost my anger and called another server passed by my table. when I asked other server, she had no idea what I order even by checking inside. I told her that I need to talk manager. Manager never showed up. Very disappointing. They dont have any beer. Only corona and no draft beer. On menu they list many beers and draft beer. what a shame for this kind of restaurant.

Also, the quantity of food in dish is less, specially compared to other good restaurants with better test and almost same price.

So I would never go to this restaurant. Taste is standard Punjabi flavor. Not excellent. Brampton has few better and economical restaurants. so no need to go that far.

Manager never showed up, I had to tell server few time, I am missing this, I am missing that. finally I tired and stopped telling her that I am missing mango lassi.

They got the food but didnt bring dishes for long time. we were so hungry. we started eating directly from the bowl and roti from basket.

None of the server were looking at us. no courtesy and dont care us. I also saw other families were waiting for long time nd they also got angry.

when we finish food, nobody care about bill top pay. It was late at night and we had to go to office on monday morning. so stand up in front of kitchen door. so that I can catch someone and ask for manager.

One guy said, I am asst. manager. I told him story. He said we have not enough staff. This is our first weekend. Then they have to tell us that your food will take time. First weekend? So what?

Why they were hiding? and running away form us? It was a BIG headache for me that whole night and spoiled our...

Hello everyone, I am bewaring you all. This place is a big NO…we visited with our friends there yesterday night for a dinner around 9…just FYI they just have two girls to attend order and serve the food…around 9:15 our order was taken…following which 9:30 we were served appetizers and right after 5-10 mins, the attending girl came to pick ur appetizers plates to serve dinner…we were not finished yet but still she took away the plates hastily …n within 2 mins, the main course was thrusted upon us, issuing a warning that the kitchen is closing soon…and like we were finished with our naans while we were eating, we called her again to add on to our order as you cannot judge in the beginning how many naan you might need…she bluntly said we cannot provide you anything now..our kitchen is CLOSED👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻…what kind of customer ethics you have…if you cannot cater the customer already sitting in…you still left him hungry remorsed…this is the first restaurant i have ever seen following this policy…if your customer is not satisfied, do you think he will come back to you again….i understand you can say @9:30 to the new customers that we will not take in any new customer now as we were close to shut…but isn’t your moral duty to serve the one properly who are sitting and eating😡…i was really disgusted Talking of the food, in main course we ordered butter kitchen and kadhai paneer…to my dismay, both were spiceless and sweet and the appetizers tandoori champ and chicken were so sweet… What they have is just ambience…but service n food is big zero…n moreover they provide very tiny servings and are way pricey…. Guys going there, wasting your time and money and coming home unsatisfied is a NO for me…there are far better places in Brampton with better customer...
