Oh my God. what a bad service they have. I went there today 16th of May at 5:30 PM to buy chicken strips for my 6 years old son. Strips came out even before I pay. There was a doubt in mind why they came so early, how?? Touched it and they were cold. I asked the lady working outside that when you cooked this ? She told me just now. It did not look like to me that they cooked it just now. I told her no you are wrong. Suddenly the lady who was working inside she came outside and they both talked in their own language . After that the lady working outside told the another employee who looked like to me a trainee to throw it out in the garbage. She did that and she told me with a bad mouth that it will take 5 long minutes and you have to wait. I said OK, I will wait. And it came out after 8 to 9 minutes . And they were fresh. Bad bad bad service and bad behavior. Not...

I bought a coffee this afternoon and the (cashier indian girl tall) showed a lack of training of how to serve a coffee and being polite to the customer. I ordered a small coffee and she gave me so full when i opened it, it spills to my hand. I got hurt ofcourse the coffee was so hot. But i just ignore it because i was in a hurry that time. So i asked her to throw out some of the excess coffee. She did removed excess coffee but after that she said, some customers complain’s that it’s not full so she gave me so full of coffee. Instead of apologizing to me she was being mad showing an attitude and talking back with her co worker’s in there indian language agains me.

I hope you see this kind of service of your employee...
