I ordered Lasagna paid $16 after taxes waited 20 mins, it was halal so my wife was exicted. It came in and there was only a top layer of cheese and it was all super liquidy looks like they put tons and tons of tomato sauce which made it liquidy.We left it because it was so bad we weren't able to eat it. If you wait for the food, that means you are hungry and want to eat the food.My wife was very disappointed, she wasn't able to eat that and we had to throw it our hard earned money and it feels bad throwing food because it's horrible and we couldn't eat that.I gone to show them firstly a lady totally refused it saying it's always liquidy and she can't do anything about it at all. Then we were going to throw that away so she called me saying she can do half refund or mini pizza but I said we need full refund because we throwed it away and it was very liquidy.She refused the full refund so I said okay.Here what's matter to me it is not about dollars but atleast serve food to people which they can eat it. Ordered pizza at 11am for 530pm delivery for a kids pizza party. No pizza showed up. Called at 550 they tell me oh sorry the driver is delayed. No call no update from them we have to ask. They said it would be 20 min. 35 min later still nothing. I call again still they have no idea. I asked to speak to a manager. He calls back and says there was an accident on the other end of the city - whatever the issue no one let's us know. We have to call them 4 times. Still no help.
