TacoTime — Restaurant in Calgary

My food was served with chewing gum stuck between tray and mexi fries . After noticing i was done with my meal . It was awful . Husband took it back to show it to employee then manager . Instead the manager apologizing to us and refunding full money she was rolling her eyes and explaining to us that someone else is washing trays . Not them . We don't care who does . Somehow they served our food with big chewing gum stuck to bottom of my fries . I never wrote a bad review in my life till today . Horrible service . My husbands tacos were mushy . Gum in my food . And a manager that does not even apologise . She had weird smile on her face and i asked her why she smiled . She didn't explain why . Finally after me and my husband got really upset she refunded us money for fries and husbands taco that he never touched after seeing gum stucked to my fries . Will never ever...

If I could give zero stars I would. My fist time at Taco Time and definitely my last one. I ordered a bean burrito and stressed multiple times I'm a vegetarian and only want beans in there. Server repeated my order correctly and I was sure that's what I was getting. I got my food and went to the movies. You can imagine my surprise when I bit into beef! I do not eat meat, I always make sure the server knows it! For them to still put meat in my food is just outrageous.

Sadly I didn't eat my food in the food court otherwise I would have returned it and gave them a piece of my mind! I had to throw it out as I'm a vegetarian and it's bad enough I had to taste meat when it's my choice to never do so! That's $9 wasted because of sloppy and inconsiderate...

Terrible experience, firstly they tried to charge me $2 extra for an item I did not want, I had to correct them on the item I wanted. The workers there seemed to not know there own menu because the man behind the counter was very confused what I meant when I said I wanted a burrito bowl, despite it being advertised on their menu directly above him. They assembled the burrito we ordered and microwaved the whole thing, lettuce included, which just made it a soggy mess.
