Afghan Chatkhara restaurant — Restaurant in Calgary

Cheapest restaurant of the town. I requested them to foil my naan as I’m going far and naans will get cold by the time I’ll reach there. They took the naans and foiled it and then asked for $3 just to foil it, like for real? Ok they charged me $3 for foiling it but atleast let me know before that there will be charges so I can decide whether I still want it or not. Oh no but they would never tell as they want to rip you off and earn money like that. I would have rather bought a foil for $1.50 from dollarama and wrap it. Also Increased the prices for naan two weeks ago but still shows the old price online. If they cannot update it online then at least tell people on call while they’re ordering for takeout. Pathetic service and Cheap restaurant.

I have been going this restaurant since last 5 years. Their food is great. Today I had worst experience with their customer service. I order a Lahori Chargha and normally they add some extra Raita with Chargha. I checked but there was only one small raita. I asked her if I can get one extra and she mentioned that I have to pay for it. I said it's okay I can pay for it no problem. I took my phone out to pay for raita and she starting yelling at me that she can not accept small payment from card and I should have mentioned her before the payment. She refused to give me raita and walked in. This is so unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the owner will read the review and proceed with some more training for her. Terrible service .they are not professional. The guy doesn't know how to do customer service . He was very rude and no manner . I will suggest not to go this place . I spent $41 dollar in your place . I ordered 1 beef kabab roll , 2 chicken Briyani and beef paya .also 3 drinks 2 mango shezan juice and 1 lychee juice . U guys forgot to give my beef kabab roll. The next day I ordered 25 dollar food and I explained I m missing one beef kabab roll on my previous day order.
