They have excellent Kulcha and Chholey. But they need better more conscious staff. Once a pickup order was packed less. I called but obviously they kept insisting there was no mistake in packing quantity.

Another time an entirely different item was packed despite clarifying during ordering; that I need Kulchey Chaney and not the stuffed item which their counter associate wished to make clear.

They still sent me with the stuffed parathey. And I was charged for stuffed parathey which I paid just because I had no time to stand there and check for receipt and charges. Covid lineups aarrghh....!

I found both errors only when I took the stuff home to eat. Who returns back to argue about it? So I just did not bother calling and complaining second time since my first experience was not good in regards to customer complaint.

Next time I go there I intend to ask them to open every packet, show me whats been packed. Then pay and leave with my purchase. I suggest you also take time to do that...!

They add low salt in all items. So some of you may find their food a little on the bland side. Except for these two issues; I would recommend them for snacks. They have decent stuff and its tasty but for...

worst worst worst experience i ever had with them, i ordered two dishes, and 8 garlic naan. She said its gonna take 20 minutes, approximately after 20 minutes when i went there, she said what was your order, her face expressions was shows me 110% she forgot my order. Again she took my order and said me to pay right away, because she doesn’t wanted to lose their customer. i had wait there half an hour more. Finally i got my food. on the other hand dishes was ok, but if i talk about naans its like we are eating wooden peace. If owner of the restaurant reading my review, i let you know buddy, I don’t have any personal hostility with you but a customer always sees first of all your food quality and customer service, than decoration or exterior-interior. One message for all folks please don’t visit there ever, if you wanna save your time money. if still someone wanna try them, then please place your order before one day. probably on upcoming days they will take 24 hours...

I am not a person who always put reviews but from last few incidents I am going to say it now. As they are close to my house we go their to take out or dine in. Customer service was always a issue , even their owner not just the employees. Very rude tone when the ask hi , what you want?? And today I ordered noodles and sorry to say no vegetables we had to dig in to find the veggies, and what I found is the metal scrub chunk in the noodles, how disappointing… I didn’t complain about it coz then they think we are asking free food or money back…..no we don’t need any free food or favour ,, we go out to eat something yumm and different,, not to seek free services… we pay for the quality not for the poor service and cleaning scrub chunks…. Please it’s a request if you increase your he prices, please increase the value of your customer service and the food….. not going back again but for others money...
