Update: After complaining, I received a nasty email from management blaming me and Uber Eats for the poor experience. Unbelievable! Never will eat at this establishment again.
We treat ourselves to a takeout/dine out splurge once per month.
Our choice is often Arby's. We go to Arby's for the Arby sauce, horsey sauce, and cheese sauce because it's what makes it! In most cases, we pick up but tonight we ordered delivery because we live further away and it was more convenient. What a big mistake!
Because the sauces is what matters the most - I ordered extra. Meticulously double checked I had the maximum amount of packets I could get (which was 1 packet of Arby sauce and 1 packet of horsey sauce) checked off. We paid for extra cheddar sauce on the side. For 3 sandwiches, we should have received 6 packets and 3 sides of cheese sauces. But.....
We were missing a sandwich ( left with only 2 sandwiches to feed 3 people) and received NO SAUCE PACKETS or CHEESE SAUCE we paid for. For us the sandwiches are not worth eating unless we have all the sauces we want and it doesn't come with horsey sauce directly on.
And then to make it worse, the curly fries were stale, overcooked, taste burnt, and it was more than obvious we got the curly fry crumbs of the bottom of the bag. We threw out both curly fries.
I have never had such a disappointing experience with Arby's. We all settled on canned tomato soup and grilled cheese versus eating what was sent.
Is this what you do for all deliveries? Don't care about the quality or accuracy of the order, aware the customer most likely won't drive to the establishment to get the rest of their missing order or complain?
Now we know to never risk delivery and if we opt for pick up, it will be at the other location with hopes their service is better....
Read moreI absolutely love Arbys. I will try to get whenever I'm need one because there isn't any in the city or surrounding area. I will never get it from the Canyon Meadows location again. Ever. The front counter service was absolutely embarrassing. Young adults with very unprofessional attitudes serving the public is a terrible mix. Had an very old couple in front of me order. They wanted their receipt so they knew their number. Instead the"kid" claimed the receipt stayed with the tray. So they then asked their number. I am right behind this people and the "kid" says it so quietly under his breath they nor I heard it. The couple said pardon me, again almost a whisper. So again they asked, then he snapped back at them their number. So I was very impressed by his lack.of expertise so when I order I reminded him if he spoke up and clearly people would be able to hear him. Of course he started to pout. Then as a waited, another patron had already ordered and was waiting for his food. It was placed on his tray. He asked for a straw. Another "fine young gentleman " sorta dressed in manager type clothes said "what, what do you want". He asked again. The "other kod" proceed to turn towards the back counter, grab a straw and literally throw it at the guys tray. He was super impressed by their commitment to customer service too. You've lost one customer forever, I'm sure that's no big deal to anyone there, I will also assume everyone that was part of that interaction today will not be...
Read moreI come to this restaurant on a frequent basis when I am down in the area, and while the food is good I was very disturbed on how a situation was handled with an Uber delivery driver while I was dining in the Restaurant.
This Uber driver came in to pick up an order and didn't have her insulated bag on her, yet they still gave her the order and then proceeded to immediately give her a thumbs down raiting. This affects thier status as drivers, so she came back to address it and said I have the bag in my car you can come take a look. They refused.
So she went and made the delivery and came back to address it fairly as this is her way of making money part time as a student. The management was very rude toward her over this lie that they made which I find odd as when you walk in there is a sign saying "Delivery Drivers Insulated Bag Required".
So if she didn't have that I don't see why they would hand it out to her and leave a thumbs down and negative on her, I know for a fact restaurants do not have to hand out an order if the driver doesn't have a bag.
Anyway point of review is food has always been good but Managements aggressive attitude put a bad taste in my mouth cause now I wonder if I had an issue with my order how would they treat me... would they fix it or be rude and aggressive like they were to this driver helping them get buisness...
