Visit literally any other booster juice in the city. I left a message for corporate already but figured I’d forward that here to further share my concerns and let others be informed of the poor quality and service here.
Hi, I have several concerns regarding the WestHills Calgary AB Canada location. The first concern, being customer service. I walk in this morning, greet the employee at the counter, and begin to share my allergy concerns… The man interrupted me and said let’s just start with your name… It is extremely rude and inappropriate to start with, I’m not expecting to be ignored when sharing life threatening allergy concerns. Also, my name was not required as I was the only person in the entire store. Regardless, he could’ve let me finish my sentence, then asked for my name if he felt so personally inclined to do so.
My next concern is with quality. The smoothie i received is extremely watery and bland. I asked for two separate boosters in there, paid extra for both, and did not receive either. Or, if I did, received such a tiny amount that it was entirely unnoticeable. The chicken wrap I ordered was nothing short of inedible, I got through maybe two bites.

Read moreI ordered 2 smoothies online from the Westhills location. We were under a time crunch so I figured ordering ahead would be safe. I arrived at the time it said they would be ready. The place was in chaos! Apparently they were out of lids for the regular sized cups and this threw them off I guess. Mid-day on a Saturday and only two employees were working. While I waited a line started to form, which was ignored. Three delivery service drivers showed up and their orders were not ready either. After a few walk in customers received their order while myself and another gal continued to wait, I asked about my order. They claimed that it hadn't come in and when I questioned him about it he said that it was a problem with headquarters not them and plus they were very busy, as if that was an excuse. They were working their butts off and clearly were stressed but why didn't they have more staff. The store was also dirty, not just the floors but the seating areas as well. I will never go back to this location. I wasted a half an hour of my day despite planning ahead and...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Went in half hour before close on a Sunday (March 17th) - and was told I couldn’t be served as they had to start cleaning up. There was no sign posted on the outside door that they were closed/closing early. The excuse didn’t seem reasonable as the employee said he wouldn’t get out of there for some time if he didn’t keep cleaning. Further, the employee noted that it was just him in the store, so he didn’t have the support.
Seems this location doesn’t staff appropriately and doesn’t train staff. Have a bunch of kids working there, that have other priorities - evidently the owners also have other priorities since they don’t staff the store properly to support the employees. Not sure how you can pay employees or run a business, without having sales?
Will be going to PurrTea exclusively in Signal Hill now for any smoothie orders. Unfortunate, as I had been going to this specific Booster...
