This was my second time eating at this particular establishment, to say it was good is a lie. I'f i could I would provide a negative 5 rating.
The first time i attended this establishment it was roughly around 9pm, i was with my spouse and we walked in and their were 4-5 employees dancing around bellowing out the lyrics to whatever song was playing over the radio- myself and my spouse ordered our food and proceeded to go sit down as we decided we would eat in- when our number was called, mind you we had been the only two patrons in the establishment they provided our food to us in to go bags- the girl who took our order didn't even bother to ask whether or not it was to go or to stay- I had ordered spring rolls as i began to eat my spring rolls It became cold and frozen in the middle- unbelievable that the staff cared more about messing around with each other than serving the patrons cooked food.
Tonight i was hungry and had been on the road all day, unable to wait until I got home mind you is deep south i decided to stop at this Edo again- tonight their had only been 2 employee's working, the cook and the front counter person, mind you who was dealing with multiple skip the dishes orders and in waiting for my dinner to go the front counter employee sent back several orders to the cook as they had been incorrect- well my order sat on the counter for 3-5 minutes as the cook had completed his orders and began to horse around and distract the front order employee- she finally had to tell him to please assist with my order, he placed sauce on my 2 scoop rice which mind you I could have cooked more rice at home than i paid for from the cook- before i leave i double check to ensure everything is in the bag and they didn't even bother to provide me with a fork or spoon i had to ask- I went to my vehicle to enjoy my meal and low and behold it was ICE COLD- unbelievable that you pay close to 15$ for a meal and it is served to you stone cold. Never will I purchase food from this...
Read morefor 10 yrs of dining experience in this location, I had the worste service this night February 21,2024 7:10 pm... we ordered the usual bento hawaiian chicken with edamame and tempura and sizzling shrimp..... but my cousin noticed her edamame was so cold!!! so no problem with that right... so i ask the lady to pls re-cook it again. to my observation this cook just threw the edamame on the griddle and he seemed not happy... so i decided to wait infront. and saw this cook just threw it over the top of the griddle as if it almost fell.... wich made me SNAP!!!!! for the way he handled the food...and so i told this old lady to talk to his cook for he is very unproffesional on handling your customers food!!!! and ask the lady whom i can talk to. but she said theres no manager on duty that tine.so i ask her what is the name of this employee's name... who happened to be JONATHAN!!!!!!!!!! pls give this guy a word or more training for he really really needs to be trained WELL!!!! he moght cause your REPUTATION so pls take note of this REVIEW. if this can help you pls review your camera my ordere number is 809 Trans. no.619809 server:Nova thank you for taking time on reading this...
Read morePersonally i would have given 0 starts if i could, let me start with the customer service it sucks. it looked like they didn’t care for people trying to sit and eat. coming to my order i ordered the easy sushi platter and i asked them to give each type of sushi in separate containers. I saw that they just picked up pre made sushi from their refrigerator and gave it to me as is and when i went and complained that all sushi’s felt like they where frozen they gave me a loom and commented that all sea food sushi’s they put in the fridge (what a joke) i eat sushi almost every week and never saw deep fried shrimp sushi frozen and cold .
