Very upset with pizza delivery last night, I placed the order online around 8 pm and I received my order around 10 pm when they normally delivered between 20 - 40 minutes.
First I thought few minutes delay is fine but later when I called the customer service department to inquired about the delay and spoke to agent Arleen I figured I was wrong. She was very rude, she said today they are running very late and accused me for not placing the order over the phone. She said if I did then I would be known about the delay... Ummm okay???? It's mean online pizza service isn't working right? Well in past I always placed the order online so I won't blame that service, it were the store people who didn't bother to call me to inform about the delay.
Agent Arleen puts me on hold for 20 minutes to confirm with store and told me there's more unexpected delay on pizza. I told her my kids are very hungry if I knew about the delay then I would pick up my order tonight or wouldn't place with them. I asked her if I can go and pick the order now but she said "NO" as originally I placed delivery order and if I cancel the order or go for pick up then she will block me from future pizza delivery. Really????? They were on fault and threat me? She told me to pay full amount + tip to delivery guy to continue to get service from them which at that point she came to my nerve, I cleared her I am not looking for the free food. I just wanted to have my food on time and all I got rude & threaten service from her... She said they are very busy so have "NO" time to spend and listen my call and hung up on me... Excuse me she was the one who placed me on long hold and then came back to hung the call on me? I wish their quality service go back and listen this call...
Because of this incident my special Halloween movie night got ruined. I ended up giving kids some cold sandwiches and after an hour later pizza guy brought cold pizza to my door. He admitted store first forgot to give my pizza in his pervious delivery drive and waited for him to be back to deliver my pizza.
I took the pizza, paid in full + tip but I am not a happy customer... After having so late pizza no one at my home ate it and it is still sitting there.
I don't know who to blame, store people? Online order? Rude agent Arleen for her service? Or to myself for being tired and wanted to have some quality time with my family with movie & pizza night.

   Read moredont deserve even one star. Zero customer service.. owner or the main person who was on the location on 9july night was very rude, dominating and not listening to me at all. After one hour of order, he was blaming me instead of saying sorry for not understading properly. He did not allow me to speak, First they said my order is not there. I called customer service, guy from customer service called them. they were not picking the phone. then customer care guy said me to go to the location and say them to pick up the call. then i went to saddletown calgary location, to say them to pick up the call . then guy pick up the call from store. then they said you did not said exact name and all. I said whaterever name we said to the order taker over the phone, we are saying the same name. then owner or boss came ,he did not listen to completly, he was rudly talking and debating , I paid and pick up the pizza after 65 minutes to my order. still the main person was rudly taking and saying that he is not rude but I did not say anything and left the store. this whole time, I was with customer care guy over the phone, I explained him everything. He start saying, he will give me $20 credit at all, that is there policy , now he was not listening to me at all, because he was thinking owner was right , he was worse customer care guy. He said there was not 40 minutes over the wait, in actual I was on the phone with around 35 minutes.it was not cutomer service, it was complete torture like I did some crime. If you guys can not give service, why you say so. you guys dont understand properly what ca I do. Owner of the store was so arrogant, he gave that cold pizza after one hour , he was not stop talking, eventhough I said my kids are in car , he was keep blaming that its my fault. I think he thinks that a common person can not do anything to him. He is owner or main boss of the store, so he can do whatever he wants. If they record our calls when we order, that it should be listened, also what I said to customer care guy and what happened on the store. So I picked my pizza and told her you guys are open till 12 I shouldn't have to rush especially if it only takes me a quick minute to pick a pizza. So after paying for my pizza I went out to wait then came back in to grab my pizza. I said thank you to the employee in a friendly way as she tossed the pizza and cans at me then walked away. I find that if you are going to run a pizza joint at night you could have a friendlier attitude towards your customers not only that the pizza was not made properly and made me a bit sick after eating it.
