At the very start of our local quarantine back in March I found myself on a self-discovery journey to find the best pizza in all of Calgary. That journey even took me to places outside the City such as Airdrie. After trying every well-known pizza restaurant in all of Calgary and our surrounding smaller cities, as a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I can with utmost certainty say that this restaurant has the best pizza in all of Calgary if not all of Alberta. Why might that be you ask? Well, it all comes down to the secret recipes that makes this place number 1. The recipe that has the friendliest staff that never fail to put a big smile on my face every time I come in to the fresh and unique ingredients that they use for their pizzas to the dough itself. There's a good chance I may end up calling Cheese & Dough my NEW favourite pizza place...as it's definitely better than so many other...
