Chicken on the Way — Restaurant in Calgary

When I place the order instead if getting in 30-45 minutes it had took them 1 hour 30 minutes and when I had got it was cold and I was trying to feed my kids and it was cold and hard it was so hard I had broke off my tooth and I had told them about it and they where trying to say that I was lying when I was telling the truth and my 3 year old child even had her that the food was cold and hard they did not do anything and the only thing they had said to me was to bring back the food after me paying for it and they even said that I will not get my money back at all so if anyone see this if I where you I will not eat there no more cause they do not know how to talk to the customer's and they customer service is not good and they are very rude and they keep on telling me that is customers are not right and that they think that they are right this is not true cause they had told me thay it would take 30 - 45 minutes and instead it had took them 1 hour and 30 minutes for me to get my order. I understand you guys are busy for the Stanley Cup Finals Game #7. BUT when you pick up the phone after 4 minutes of ringing, say please hold, but set the phone down not put me on hold, and then ignore me for 17 minutes, it's incredibly ridiculous.

You should have been better prepared for the busy night knowing Game #7 was happening.

I get to hear all the noise of you making orders and your door bell when new customers enter. I get to hear their orders get taken. Meanwhile here I am, sitting on hold like a loyal customer, being ignored.

Just ridiculous. This is why I will still prefer the Forest Lawn Location.

I know you're not a rude staff, but this is by far the worst customer service I've experienced from your location...

The food: I ordered the hungry man 5 pieces with extra fritters. Chickens are very decent sized, juicy and delicious. Fries are huge compared to fast food chains. The fritters have just enough sweetness to them and I love dipping them in the gravy! Should’ve ordered extra gravy with it lol my family including my doggies love the meal! 8/5 :D

The staff: the gentleman behind the counter is super nice! And I love how he wrapped my take out using paper instead of plastic bag! Thank you sir! 5/5
