It saddens me to have to give this location a 2 star.

I have been to this location 5 times in the past 2 months. The first and second experience was great! The last 3...I don't know what's happened??

The first experience there was 1 girl working and I had ordered 1 bowl and was out in 5 mins. The second experience I ordered 2 items and was out in 6 mins. Fantastic!!! Great portions, great price, great food!!

The last 3 times...I haven't had the same experience, unfortunately.

There have been 4 girls working, with me as the only or second customer in the store. It has taken anywhere from 10-20 mins for my order to be made!!! Same order..nothing different..no protein added. Very simple. The portion on the last visit was smaller and as usual, the order was to go. I was asked if I needed utensils...ummm...its to go...so..🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

It's crazy, cos the first couple of experiences were great!! Like Freshii, I can order a similar item and be out in 5 mins with 1 girl working.

I don't mind waiting if it is deemed so. These last 3 times...there was no excuses at all. They weren't busy, they weren't prepping, they weren't cleaning. There were 4 girls...

We have ordered from the Macleod trail location often for the last 2 years and tonight will be the last time. We’ve always ordered 2 Santa Fe bowls and added a tzatziki for each, the receipt will say 2 bowls + 1 tzatziki, and we get one for each bowl as we should.. tonight we ordered these 2 bowls but added 2 tzatziki each, the receipt said 2 bowls + 2 tzatziki, we only got 1 tzatziki for each bowl and when I asked for the 2nd one the man working argued with me, and proceeded to tell me what it comes with and what he gave me, I said what we usually order and what we get so it would make sense that if it says 2 we should get 2 each and he proceeded to argue and eventually said he would just give it to me while laughing condescendingly in my face. I would’ve appreciated the gesture but laughing in my face because he thought I was wrong when he was in the wrong is a turn off for me. I went on the website after a did another of the same order to see the price and of course I had paid for 4 (as per the website price) and was laughed at. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by who I’m assuming...
