1st time ordering from this location last week & we loved the food so much we thought to give it a shot today march 11 2023 - i walk in wanting to place a pick up order i noticed there were only 2 staff working on a Saturday night (worked in a pizza place for years so obviously understaffed) i waited there for a good 20 mins without the person not even acknowledging the customers at the front - if anything you guys should be doing is greeting the customer & letting them know abt any potential delays. I noticed the number of people waiting for their orders started adding up & this staff wasn’t even taking my order when i was there for the past 20 mins or even more Worked in customer service sector before so I didn’t want to be rude to the guy so i walked out extremely disappointed at the type of service provided (well there was no service provided so…) Luckily there was FIVE GUYS next door so was able to get something to eat within like 15 mins Maybe the person is new who needs to be trained or if he’s working there for a while he needs to do...
Read moreThis specific Papa John’s location has no idea how to make a pizza and the manager couldn’t care any less. I picked up 2 medium 2-topping pizzas this evening and I couldn’t believe how badly assembled they were. Both pizzas were only half-covered in cheese and had barely any toppings on them. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the dough was super bubbled and the meat was overcooked. I eat Papa John’s pizza relatively often and this is by far the worst quality I’ve ever seen. I figured I’d call the store to let them know, but after talking to the manager, I couldn’t believe how little she cared. I asked if they could remake my order or give me a credit towards my next order but the most she offered me was a measly 10% off. I’m not usually one to complain about this type of thing, but I really don’t think this place should be able to get away with such overall poor food quality and customer service. If you’re in the area and you’re looking for a somewhat decent pizza, I’d recommend going literally...
Read moreUPDATE: on-going issues with this location; spoke to Manager a few times and each conversation start with her having an accusatory posture...starting with a 'beat down' and asking no questions is not the proper way to respond to Customer concerns.
Broke the NO CONTACT order preference when driver demanded that I sign with his multiple-use pen....and had the nerve to ridicule me about it.
spoke to the store manager who said she was sorry....BUT then negated my concern by saying the driver was following their 'security policy' and would not address his rude behaviour.
Tried to buy me off with a free pizza; I'd rather tell the world that they are UNSAFE than take their bribe.
UPDATE: canned response regarding hygiene received....and AGAIN no mention about driver ridiculing me when asking about their alleged NO CONTACT policy...which apparently includes CONTACT...
