This location (11135 14 St NE Unit 203) charges $9 for a cheeseburger meal deal while every other location that I've been to charges $8. In fact, there is a bus stop immediately around the corner from this location with a full size ad for $8 cheeseburger meal deals. Why are they charging more than the advertisement? False advertising is illegal in this country. Is the franchisee pocketing the extra money? Is every item jacked up just a little at this location?

Also note, their ketchup, while it tasted like it was Heinz, as the container indicated, but it was obviously watered down. Heinz sticks to fries, it doesn't just run off them and onto your plate. It was like dipping my fries in ketchup soup. I tossed the ketchup out and ate them plain. Did they really think no one would notice? Did they just hope no one called them out on it? I will never go to this location again. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate being ripped off, even if it's only a dollar and watered down ketchup....

A small, dated, and understaffed Dairy Queen. This restaurant gets the job done, the food is made well and tastes decent, with the typical burgers, blizzards, and cakes on sale. The main problems in my opinion are the generally understaffed nature of this spot, where there will often be just one staff member taking orders and what seems to be one member in the kitchen. When it gets busy, you’ll end up waiting for 10-15 minutes for your order which is frankly slow for a fast food restaurant. The staff are nice and try their best but there’s only so much they can do. The restaurant interior looks outdated and in need of a renovation, but it still works and has ample seating. Parking is readily available in the lot outside. Still a fine spot to eat if you’re craving DQ, but be aware that orders may take a little...

By far the worst experience at a dq I've ever had. Ordered the 2 for 5.50 with a crispy chicken wrap, but was charged for the 7 dollar sandwich. Lady putting in the order insisted the price would come down automatically but it didn't. Finally was able to get a refund and they put the correct order in but waited for almost a half hour for the order of 3 hot items to be remade. In the meantime ice cream is melted. While waiting for my order they messed up on another persons order by also putting in the wrong thing and made a poor skip driver wait for the same amount of time. Finally got my order and the wrap is still wrong! Its got flame thrower instead of ranch, so this poor pregnant lady can't even eat it. The only good thing was the gentleman remaking the food was extremely apologetic for the...

Very disappointed with our food order tonight... We ordered one meal deal, 2 hamburgers, one order of large fries and one large onion rings and paid $35... I am sure there was a mistake but didn't realize until I got home..... But that is not the worst part... I got an ultimate burger which I have ordered many times before and it was so loaded with sause that I couldn't pick it up without the patty squeezing out... There was at least a quarter cup of sause... Also the bun was super dry and maybe that's why I got so much sause... Disgusting 🤢 ... I bet the sandwich maker was having a good laugh... Look at my picture and that was after rubbing a bunch off it.

2023 - Staff are friendly and quick. Manager trains them to skimp on a lot of things. Blizzards dont even reach the top of the cup where as every other location, they are above the edge by an inch. Food tastes great though. I avoid this location whenever possible simply because you get far less for your money. Updated june 26 2025 - Still not any better. They use soda lids instead of blizzard lids making it impossible to flip upside-down, also impossible to have the same amount as every other location. They are never full. Wont go back. I will continue to drive 20 mins away dispite living beside this location.
