I visited Subway during an extremely busy time when an entire soccer team came in for food, and I was truly impressed by Aisa’s incredible performance. She was the only employee working at this time. Despite the overwhelming rush, she remained calm, friendly, and efficient—managing every order with care and a smile.
Aisa handled the pressure like a true professional, and her dedication to customer service really stood out. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. The owners are lucky to have such a hardworking employee, but it’s also clear she needs some extra support during peak hours. Hiring additional staff would not only help the team but also enhance the overall customer experience.

Had an upset stomach around 4pm and was coming out of both ends to be vague about it… definitely got food poisoning. I’ve ate subway lots over my years never have I got sick like this before. Then I'm waiting for them to call me; but it wasn't even busy, strike two.
Lastly a nice senior walks in and the staff who was rude with me, says hello to the senior and greets her like I wasn't there. Then snaps at me. Saying I'm taking long.
