Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

We had to order 10 pack timbits and a small black berry yuzu no ice, and took a little sip and the flavor was off, not the Yuzu I'm expecting, we then paid and went to TNT for grocery. I have my daughter with me and we got to our basement parking and she decided to take a sip of the Yuzu, and I noticed there was a black silhouette inside, and decided to take a closer look at it, and voila there is a fly inside our drink.

We called the store to complaint that there is a fly on our Yuzu drink, and they were just unbelievably surprised, so I went back to return and hoping to speak to the manager. I spoke to a lady and showed her the fly inside the drink, she then talked to this boy who served me the drink, and then the worst part is, they were smiling about it because it was probably unbelievably funny how it got there and they absolutely felt no remorse, and also no apologies were said which infuriates me the most.

They offered a new one and a refund, however I just took off on dismay. This incident happened June 7, 2023 around 5:05pm-5:15pm (wednesday), I didn't get the names of the staff responsible because I already have the time and date of the said incident which will point on whose staff are working that time. I will be writing an email as well to Alberta...

One of the better Tim's in the City, although the quality of food has gone down considerably. They don't even put butter or sauce/mayo or ranch on the last few sandwichs we had. The bread and sandwich was inedible due to the dryness and stale bread. They no longer have Honey Mustard available for the sandwiches either. Really sad that the food quality has deteriorated. Also they're is always 1 person sitting for ages in the only comfy chair seating by the fireplace, and usually not even having any coffee or Tim's product. We have observed this on many occassions. They should not allow people to just sit there on their phone or computer for over an hour, taking up a 4 seat spot without purchasing a coffee or anything. I know this is difficult for staff to monitor but it certainly deters us as regulars and others to visit...

Today me and my husband experienced very bad customer service at this location. My husband had ordered 4 French toast breakfast sandwiches, and when we got them from an emplyoee named MARK, they were burnt and dry; the grill lines were extremely dark. When my husband took them back to him he got mad at him and started throwing the sandwiches in the garbage near by with anger. Then ANGEL came by and also got mad at my husband for bringing the sandwiches back for a remake. This time when we got our sandwiches, they were not even pressed in the grill. Both associates were extremely rude and unpleasant.

We are never going back to this Tim Hortons again and we will make sure all of our friends and family knows about this...
