Food was as expected, however service was awful. The girl ringing me through was nice, all she did wrong was say eat in instead of take out, not a huge deal. I paid, got my food and sat down to eat since I didn't have a bag to carry it to go. After about five minutes into my meal, the girl who rang me through came over and tapped me on the shoulder, apologizing and explaining that her manager wanted to verify I had paid for this order, so I had the manager accuse me of not paying for the meal. I didn't get a receipt so showed my card and had it verified because yes, I certainly had paid. What made me mad was that this manager had not only ignored the girl who rang me through and actually watched me pay, but he also made her do his dirty work for him. Read moreNEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN. First, the manager didn’t let me use my coupon, which was fine but was frustrating. Then, I proceeded to order and was very clear on what I wanted, repeating it four times. Then I saw the manager making it, and he was adding everything I said I didn’t want on it! I said, “Excuse me,” five times loudly, but he chose to ignore me and gave me the wrong order. When he handed me the bag, I said to him that the order was incorrect, to which he proceeded to tell me I was wrong, repeatedly saying it. It was so frustrating I took the bag and left. The manager is an elderly man who is rude, impatient & makes mistakes which he will bicker with you over. I just sent my kid over there tonight to order a $6 value meal & he either didn't understand her or didn't care, because he charged her $13 for a full meal & a sundae. That's not what she requested but she was too timid to do anything about it. I called him & spoke with him, he denied she ordered a Value Meal, when she swears she did. Clearly his customer service "skills" are even worse when dealing with a young teenager. If management was changed (time for retirement for that guy), this would be a much more pleasant...
