Yesterday was the last straw for me with this Tim’s. Almost every time I get something it is incorrect or forgotten. There is only ever one person working the food prep counter at lunch times and seems to move as fast as he feels like. No one is in a hurry to serve customers despite the line-up that builds up. I really wish management would do something about this, but I doubt they will since I've personally made comments to let them know that after 4 months of being open, they should redevelop their staff schedule. Argh! Frustrating! If I didn't work in the building, I would NEVER spend...
