Careful if you're going for the 'Vegan' menu at Thai Express. Discussed vegan request with cashier and ordered the vegan Pad See-Ew. Found egg in it so took it back (not sure what sauce they used either). They confirmed they had put egg in it and didn't seem to care. She also argued that I was wrong to not specify no egg as well as vegan. I mentioned vegan does mean no eggs and this would be dangerous for allergies but again didn't care and gave attitude. No ownership of mistake, no apology, no refund. Thai Express customer service also didn't address the (vegan or not) issue when asked, so it leaves me to assume this is the company wide policy to advertise Vegan but serve with egg and possibly fish, shellfish sauces.
