I chipped a tooth on a piece of glass or plastic in sushi. I phoned and gave the details. The manager called and said the owner would call the next morning. He didn’t but the manager called twice and tried to convince me it was rock salt that chipped my tooth. He offered me a free meal. When I went back to the restaurant the employee tried to give me free food but also called me a liar in the next breath. I walked away. Rock salt did not chip my tooth. I don’t know if the foreign substance is glass or hard plastic but there were other pieces at the bottom of the next piece of sushi and I still have it and the packaging my meal came in. They tasted like they were just removed from the package. The spring rolls weren’t even cooked either lol. Both cooks looked like they really didn’t want to be cooking my food because I asked for only broccoli, because I find the meal gets soggy with the other vegetables. Read moreI like Edo, but this place just isn't it. The customer service was horrible and I saw two people who got their orders wrong. My order wasn't wrong (it was only shrimp tempura and spring rolls), but it took about 12 minutes to get it, for those two simple items, Edo is supposed to be fast. When I was paying for my food they gave all the items like the bag, chopstick(not chopsticks, has to ask for another), and napkin on the bag on the register, they didn't even give it to me and I had to bag it myself.
