Was in this location yesterday and my husband ordered a hot and ready classic pepperoni, got to the car and drove away and realized the box said cheesy on it. We turned around and went back and I went in and explained to the cashier the issue. She remembered the order and pulled up the receipt and said “oh he ordered cheesy I have it on the receipt”. I said I was willing to pay the difference if the pepperoni was more. She said they were the same price. I asked just for it to be switched for pepperoni as we hadn’t even touched or opened the box. She went to her manager and came back and said no they could not exchange it. I did go onto to explain that it was their error with the order and that he ordered pepperoni and because she didn’t hear it properly it was our fault . She continued to say the receipt said cheesy. We did not take the receipt and because of this she said it was our fault for not taking it , I did reiterate to her that she heard wrong. It makes me wonder if I had grabbed a receipt and looked at it to her standards, would she of then switched the pizzas (doubt it!).It did not matter at that point as they liked to argue and refuse to satisfy customer disputes. I left the pizza on the counter and walked out. Read moreAfter I patiently waited 5 minutes for the Hot and Ready pepperoni pizza to be cough ready, I received my pizza and opened the box to add chili flakes and parmesan cheese. The space on the counter where the toppings are placed is quite small added with the shaker containers being tied to the counter with a cumbersome tether and a plexiglass barrier left very little room to use this part of the counter. Certainly not enough space to even open a pizza box properly. Once my pizza was dressed to my desire I went to close the box, a corner of the lid got caught on the plexiglass shield and dropped my entire pizza on the floor. This entire process was witnessed by a staff member behind the countet. They took my pizza I just picked up off the floor and threw it out in the back. When they returned they informed me that if I wanted a replacement pizza it would have to be an expired Hawaiian pizza that was about the be thrown out. If I wanted another pepperoni pizza I was going to have to pay again in full and that fhere is nothing they can do beyond an expired Hawaiian pizza because they aren't the boss. Read moreWe got sick after ordering chicken wings from this location. It was two orders of wings, ordered online through SkiptheDishes order #499699229 on 29-Jan-2023 at 5:13pm. I called today to complain but a manager was unavailable. Two weeks have passed, no response from the store.
I further contacted Little Caesars head office two weeks ago and received no response at all. I contacted them again today.
Today I have initiated an inspection request through Alberta Health Services regarding food safety as this location may be unsanitary. The fact that the company refuses to even call me back is telling.
If I ever get a response I'll update this review. Buyer beware.
UPDATE: The franchise owner called me several weeks after the experience. He offered a credit to re-order the same food again. I thanked him, and I haven't used...
