The service does need serious improvement. Most of the time when I come it’s not super busy which is awesome. & This time we came, we were the only ones. My husband ordered soup and a noodle bowl and never got the soup. When we called the person Edo to let them be aware - not to complain - the person who answered the phone argued with us, rude and wasn’t very professional. I ordered a shrimp noodle bowl and woke to food poisoning the next day. You need to watch your meats, it was a little fishy which means it’s bad. I ate because I was hungry and didn’t think anything of it really at the time, sauce can hide it. I ate half the meal and had to throw the rest out.. The manager wanted to make things right, but I threw out the receipt so I couldn’t really do anything. If he wanted to give me a free meal, no thanks. I will never eat at this Edo again and neither will my husband, it’s a shame because it’s our local one.
The manager is nice and professional though. So I’ll...
Read moreToday I ordered online 3 meals sukiyaki beef sumo size no veggies, only broccoli then a bento box. Sukiyaki beef no mushrooms then sukiyaki beef broccoli only. All of our meals had mushrooms in them. I assume when you say no veggies that means mushrooms as well but because I didn't state no mushrooms just no veggies on one of them. I guess they put mushrooms in all of ours. I assume that sumo size meant double meat, rice, veggies, whatever you're getting but are regular sukiyaki beef was bigger than the sumo I went back to the store showed them the pictures but they told me it's weighed out. Well. I will post pictures of the sumo size compared to the regular and you all tell me what's the difference then they did give me another rice and beef and tell me that looks more sumo than the one I got.
3rd picture is...
Read moreGenerously gave them 1 star just so I could share how terrible of an experience I have just had. We ordered dynamite rolls on Skip and, while the food was received quickly, it was beyond awful. The shrimp was 104 degrees colder, 61.8 degrees Fahrenheit (aka, not fresh, straight from the fridge) then it should be, along with crusty rice. Called Edo, spoke to a supervisor and they couldn't be bothered to either own or deal with the issue. Aside from this issue, the rest of our order was disappointing, to say the least. I strongly advise against ordering from this location due to the unacceptable quality of food and lack of customer service. Pic 1 shows the difference between 2 beef yakisoba dishes( one shows proper sauce, the other...
