OPA! of Greece — Restaurant in Calgary

Cashier woman was not wearing proper uniform. Did not wash her hands going from cash to food. She put my order through to the debit machine and I had asked her for an extra tatziki so she pressed cancel on the debit machine did something at the till and then I paid. After I paid she then rung up 2 tatziki and asked me to pay for it. I said to her that I thought that that is what she was doing when she canceled the debit machine.. she looks me dead in the eye and tells me she didn't cancel the debit machine.. I told her not to worry about the extra sauce that she already charged me for. We get our food and you can taste the dirty grill on the chicken and the pita bread. As im sitting here eating another woman comes in and tries to order and use the app for her points or something and the woman behind the till starts arguing with the customer about not being able to use her phone number and that they dont allow it. The customer stated several times that she goes to the legacy location all the time and just uses her phone number.. the woman at the till finally goes and asks another employee and she was like oh yeah absolutely. She didn't even bother apologizing to the customer after arguing and talking to her like she was an idiot. I eat opa often.. first and last time at this location!! Made an order through skip the dishes, there is no menu item for just adding an extra Piece of pita bread to the meal, so I asked for an extra piece in the comments. I placed my order and then was immediately called by the manager Navdeep Navdeep as it showed up on my call display. I answered the phone and got no response, just the sound of someone yelling at a child incomprehensible, and the child responding in turn with incomprehensible yelling. After saying "hello" about 10 times I just hung up. He called back again simply to tell me I couldn't have an extra piece of pita, and that I had to add a pita and tzatziki from the menu to get an extra piece of Pita... $3.69 for one piece of pita bread... kick rocks.

I said I don't care just make the order however and send it please. 15 minutes later I get a call back AGAIN from the same person telling me they did me a favor and gave me a single extra pita bread for free... ok wonderful, thank you for the literal $0.05 consideration on your part you already phoned twice about to harass me for. To then start arguing with me about how much pita bread costs....

Seriously 3 phone calls about 5 cents worth of...

I had a terrible experience at this opa. I was greeted by a rude staff member that aced like it was an inconvenience to take my order. I was finally able to place my order and I went home to eat and I noticed multiple bugs in my salad. This was so disgusting I could not believe my eyes. I told the two people working there and they seemed annoyed by me. They were so rude and have no manners at all. The employees were named simmy bedi and gursharan bedi, they both require proper training and quite frankly they need to learn basic manners. They didn't even apologize once about bugs being in my food. I would recommend that you not visit this location. Based on the reviews it seems that many people have issues at this location.
