Well, I’m going to give a good and a bad review. First, I’m going to say I ordered takeout. The real cheddar bacon burger was absolutely delicious and still hot when I got it delivered by DoorDash. However, my husband and I a few days ago had no money, but we did have a happy dining gift card. We decided we would share a meal together and try out this place since we’ve never been there before we ordered and then went to use the card to pay for a meal , and it did not go through. He did try twice. We sat down at the table and check the balance of the card. Sure enough there was enough money. We went back up and said that the card said to use it like a credit card and they said they had done that. We eventually ended up driving 10 minutes away to Ricky‘s and the card worked perfectly fine. It was extremely embarrassing ordering it Fatburger and not having the card work , I guess if I was a manager, I probably would’ve perhaps given some kind of free item to help alleviate the embarrassment of some thing that was not our fault. And just to add we also tried ordering online with the card and it didn’t work. However, if it was something wrong with the card work at Ricky‘s, later, we had not called the company or anything. So I can only assume it was something wrong with fat burger.. I do not know if I’ll ever get that gift card again because of being embarrassed. I’m really really good at promoting people and their businesses once again. I will tell you, though that the burger I ordered through delivery was delicious. I ordered it because the burger looked really good and I was extremely sad that I could not get my order that day because of some kind of technical difficulty . Normally, we believe in cash but again because we didn’t have a lot of money. I am in wheelchair so I don’t get to go out...

It's about 10:30am, no customer inside... it's been a while since we've been to Fatburger.. hubby asked what's in Maui Banana Milkshake, banana and what? .. the lady seems know nothing as she didn't even answer... so we just ordered a strawberry... then we ordered our burgers, the lady clearly don't have any customer service, we felt that we are not even welcome.
Then we look for a table- nothing is cleaned! Then we asked her if someone can clean the table... she grab a cloth with a bucket and wipe the table fast... i can't believed how she wiped the table fast (just to say she wiped it) our grandkids can clean better than that.... that's it! I told her that it's too early in the morning to be treated like this... and its seems that she doesn't want to be working at all... she didn't even say anything.
I grabbed a napkin and wiped our table again... went to throw it to the garbage and their garbages are full! It's clearly that it was the garbages from yesterday... wow! We started to regret coming in here.
Then our food arrived, she put in the table and asked if there's anything else we need... we asked for the milkshake we ordered and she said "oh yes the milkshake"... she left and took time to make it...
We totally regret coming in this location that used to be a good place with great customer service... but it went downhill for sure. To the staff, especially the lady in the front- if there's no customer, you should start cleaning the tables or maybe empty the garbages... it's simple rules of working in fast food chain... you can't just stand in there... or if you don't like to maintain your dine-in area clean,.....
Read moreJust wanted to tell the owner or manager of this location, how disappointing it was with my order, i have been to this place many times, but have never experienced it the way i had yesterday , i went to the store around 10.40 am as i was the only customer at the store , i had ordered 3 burgers , of which one was the king burger and i had a combo for one with fries and a drink for take out. the total came up to 37 dollars .and around 60 cents. knowing that my order would be perfect as it was not busy so i did not check the packet the lady at the cashier gave me but when i went home with the packet to eat with my family i found that there was only 2 burger with a fries in it . i was surprised thinking that may be i made a mistake but in the bill it says 3 burgers , and when i went today at the store to tell the lady that i think u made a mistake , she is completely denying, with out any apology or sorry , this is not the customer service one would expect at any place, we pay for quality food and service but this place lacks service , i am very disappointed , she told me that we cannot make a mistake as its not busy at the store very strange to hear that answer for sure i will never ever go back to the store and will let friends also know of this place . i do not need any free food, as i pay for what i need , but...
