Best service at a fast food restaurant that rivals or surpasses dine in establishments.

I can't believe how great the service is at the Country Hills Fatburger. This was my first time here ever at a Fatburger and I'm still blown away by how attentive, prompt and the positive energy I felt from the service staff there.

I went for the lunch special (original Fatburger, small fry and drink for $12.27 including GST) as I thought it would be a good introduction to Fatburger. The meal itself was good. The fries were acceptable although not noteworthy but the burger was fresh and delicious. The drink was very small almost like a kid's size; however, they totally make up for it as I'll describe in a bit. The toppings and beef are great, the bun could be better but still a solid burger. What was a nice touch was the foil wrapped around the burger carefully. As I was eating it and sliding the foil down, I noticed the foil helped keep the burger nice and hot. For the price in today's standards, it is worth the cost especially since the service was impressive. I would say Fatburger for food satisfaction rivals Five Guys or comes quite close to them but beats them for overall service.

What wowed me about the service was the service attendant who helped order in my food. Once the food was ready he grabbed the tray, pumped my own ketchup and then served me my food. I haven't seen that kind of service since Whataburger in Texas many years ago. Not only that, he checked on me twice during my meal in which the first instance was to see if the food was good and the second was to see if I wanted a refill on my pop. So, since I complained about the drink size with the combo earlier it totally makes up for the free refill offer. Additionally, he was serving an elderly lady who had a cane that was after me. He offered several times for her to sit and be comfortable while she waits for her food to go but she was fine. Once her food was ready he went with her to open and hold the front entrance door for her to go outside and assisted her to her vehicle. Above and beyond!

As well, all the staff there (3 of them) were very conscience about cleanliness. Every time one of the staff left the counter/kitchen area they would return and wash their hands right after. The kitchen space is open and you can see everything and the sink is right up front by the cash registers. This is a really good habit and sight to see knowing this establishment cares about appearances but more importantly food safety and quality. Lastly, the cook that made my burger instantly took my tray when I was going to put my garbage away and said he would do it for me. I thanked him and the other service attendants and walked out. Amazing!

I'm extremely impressed and I highly recommend anyone to head to this Fatburger for a bite to eat especially at lunch to get a deal. Skip your McDonald's or Wendy's or Tim's order and get a great experience at the Country Hills location. You'll get a better meal for the same cost (maybe even cheaper!) so why not try them? Newly open restaurant, fast food chain . Been here twice already very friendly , greet you when you come in , happy to help you with your order , clearly explain the menu items . I got chicken burger so very delicious the flavour was on point , the chicken tastes so good , so fresh , really taste so good . The prices are pretty good par to everything around. The burger costs around 10.99 . Much filling . I always had shake before so good . There was no line up when I was here but I saw there was 2 cashiers in case got busy . The food was timely , so fresh . Much better then any other food place around !

When dining in the staff happily brings you your food , comes back to check if everything ok , if you need anything additional. There very friendly, helpful, always everyone smiling much delight. When done eating they take the dish. Thank us for coming . Much delight, I would definitely tip them in future, would definitely recommend to friend .
