I never write reviews but the experience was so dissatisfying that i just had to write one.

The older indian lady didn’t acknowledge us entering the shop, she had the most unwelcoming face, I genuinely don’t understand how someone so grumpy is working at a place where people go for comfort, we looked like such a bother to her.

Me and my partner ordered 2 ice cream with mix-ins only to see how conservative she was with giving toppings even after asking for extra.

Lastly my partner was grabbing tissues for me and her, our ice cream in a cone was already melting before we even paid so she grabbed us 3 napkins each, the lady called us out and gave us attitude. She proceeds to say “How much do you need?” acting like we were taking the whole dispenser.

Overall, I don’t recommend buying ice cream here because your time will be ruined, spend it someplace else like...

Do not order from here from SkipTheDishes. Apparently the money the make through Skip sales aren’t as important because every single time I order (the last 5 times in a row) they delay it and it takes an hour to an hour and a half to get my order. This last time it took 20 minutes to just confirm the order. I’ve also been shorted toppings, or had them not mixed in or even chopped up. I have a small child and just want a treat from time to time, and with my wife and I both doing shift work that means delivery is my only option. If the owners are reading this, 10-1 this is your evening crew and you’re not around, but as a paying customer I don’t care if I’m ordering through mobile, my place in line, and attention to my order accuracy and care, should be no different than anyone physically...
