Five Guys — Restaurant in Calgary

It is handy living a block away from this store. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly. The food is hot and made fresh to order. Despite living so close, I only seem to go in once or twice a year. The problem is the buns that just do not hold up to all the wet toppings. It is so messy and difficult to eat. Would be a way better burger if it had a decent bun and a better sear / crust on the beef. Although it has 2 patties, they are not as big as the bun, which cause the fillings to squeeze out when you hold it. I see all the reviews that decorate the walls of the store, but they all seem to be old with nothing current. I wonder what has changed? Placed an online order on Friday 1 burger and 1 fries for in store pickup at 8:15 PM. As I got to the store at 8:25, it was totally empty, and the usual lovely "Just dropping your fries" greeted me. I sit down to pass the time and then a 3 couples arrived ordering through the window. Skip guy hopped in, picked up his goodies and left. But then everyone was waiting for their food including me. 2 of the couples got it before me, I left the store at 8:47PM empty handed and hungry. When I got to the store it was so empty they were cleaning the walls behind the friers. Then a little bit of rush, understandable but the management failed heavy.
