The service is horrible enough to make me never ever want to go there again. I have ordered online several times now. Each time I have given ample time past the estimated time and it has never been ready when I pick up. They always just start making it when I get there. This last time I went though, was the absolute tipping point for me. My friend and I order burritos they were supposed to be ready at 730, we arrived at 8pm knowing it always takes longer. Imagine my surprise when they're still not ready. It was such chaos in there. It was a complete mess behind the counter and only 3 employees were working which was clearly not enough. Management certainly needs to step it up and support their employees because that level of poor planning is unfair and understaffing is a real problem. So, we get there, it's a disaster, but we get our burritos and go home. Only to find out that my friends burrito is chorizo sausage instead of pulled pork and mine was missing the guacamole I paid extra for! So we call the store to let them know we were coming back and could they please have our correct order ready. I had to be passed around to 2 people on the phone and then....they hung up on us!!! So, we walk back over to the store only to be greeted by more chaos. Our burritos were again not ready. We had to go through the whole order process and found out then that they were out of the following: pinto beans, lettuce, AND salsa. Like ?!?!?!?!? Only redeeming quality from this experience was that the woman who made our new burritos was...

If there were a Nobel Prize for burritos, this place would win it every year! I strolled into this culinary paradise, and my life has never been the same since.

First off, let’s talk about Karen. Karen is a burrito wizard. He greeted me with a smile so warm, it could melt cheese from ten feet away. And boy, does he know his burritos! Karen doesn’t just make burritos; he crafts them like a Michelangelo of Mexican cuisine.

I asked for the “Bang Bang Shrimp Burrito,” which should come with a disclaimer: “Warning: This burrito will ruin all other burritos for you.” The way Karen wrapped that tortilla with a gentle yet authoritative hand was a sight to behold. Inside, it was a treasure trove of perfectly seasoned shrimp, fresh veggies, and a symphony of sauces that danced on my taste buds with every bite. The shrimp were succulent, the bang bang sauce had just the right amount of kick, and every ingredient was perfectly balanced.

And let’s not forget the guacamole. Oh, the guacamole! I swear it was kissed by angels. One bite, and I was transported to a sunny beach where avocados grow on trees year-round.

In short, if you haven’t been to this burrito haven, drop whatever you’re doing and go. Right now. And when you get there, tell Karen he’s the Leonardo da Vinci of burritos. He’ll know exactly what you mean.
