KFC — Restaurant in Calgary

Worst ever experience tonight. Arrived at around 7;30 pm so not rush hour. When we ordered fries we were told immediately that they don't have ketchup. Tell me what restaurant doesn't have ketchup? Then asked for 2 pieces of chicken and was told we only have dark meat...hmmm ..well I had my grandchildren with me and one really wanted chicken so we agreed for a drumstick and thighs for rounded off $6.00. My grand daughter also wanted poutine so we ordered. I asked if they could include napkins as our order was to go. The next customer placed his order and was told it would take 30 minutes who then decided to leave. That prompted me to ask how long will our order take and was told 20 min. Surprised I told her that won't work for us. Then was told oh ok we will do your order first. We waited 15 minutes, got our order, got into our vehicle to find no napkins, now fork for poutine and cheese cold not melted. For $20.00 a great lesson. I told my grandkids that we will never come here again. Cheap, cheap, cheap! Worst service ever. If I could give a zero rating I would. I hope many read this and drive to Costco to get a better experience. Like I could have purchased 2 whole chickens and fresh tray buns for this price and have left overs instead of...

Worst service yet, we ordered a delivery. The website said 40 minutes. We waited for an hour and called only to find out that the order wasn't even being made yet. They said they only had 1 freaking driver that hasn't even got to our order yet. What the freakin hell?! We wouldn've waited over 2 hours just to get our food. What a disappointment, we were sl excited to get this food because we haven't had it in awhile but only to find out that the food wasn't going to be here for about 2-3 to wait. That’s too long for any customer to wait I don't care if they only have 1 driver. The company should ensure that they always have 5 or more drivers everyday to ensure that customers aren't waiting hours for their freakin order! These guys need to get their act together if they want to stay in business. I can tell this place has horrible management staff. Just a total...

KFC used to be my most favorite fast food restaurant, since childhood, however the past 4 visits, to 4 different locations and even towns and cities, and sadly the result was the same bad food at all 4 locations, the food was room temperature, and the quality just isn't there anymore, the last place I stopped in at, for lunch, in Calgary, I orderd a side gravy, and for anyone thats had the KFC gravy, knows that it's unlike any other, a must have side order when ordering fries, and when I tried it, I couldn't believe it came from KFC !? It wasn't a bad gravy, it tasted like chicken gravy, but definitely NOT KFC's iconic gravy !? Sadly I will not be coming back here, or to any KFC restaurant...at least for a year or two, and when I do, I sincerely hope they return to the way they used to prepare their iconic food and side orders, I miss the old...
